when i saw the title i was like "HOLY SHIT. NOOOOO!!!!" but i completely understand that your mental health takes first place. its waaaay more important than anything. so i hope it will all work out for you and that your manageable days turn into "im actually fine" days. and your unmanageable days will dissapear or become really really occasional.

As much as I love your channel, your health should come first, always take deep breaths, drink a lot of water and try meditating, I believe it can help. I really hope that everything will be fine for you; don't push yourself too hard, and take a break for as long as you feel you need to!
Ah mate, I'm sorry you're going through this. I have an unconventional suggestion which may or may not be applicable to you. It's helped me overcome some pretty rough mental episodes, spanning months or sometimes a few years in the past. As great as a help others can be, ultimately, other people can only do so much, sometimes they can even make things worse. The true key to the puzzle is in you, with you. It's great that you're realising the stressors, and you are aware of your state and that you want it fixed. When your mind feels turbulent it's best to take it day by day, slowly remove yourself from the things you feel are causing you discomfort, sometimes there's something you've known for a while you shouldn't be doing but have been lying to yourself (drugs, poor diet etc) and find something calming to do, walks in nature work well for me. Whenever your mind seems jumbled up writing can really help, speaking to a video is good but sometimes writing is more peaceful. You must know, and this is essential, that there are going to be great days ahead of you, no matter how dark things may seem. Look back at your life for the times when the future seemed hopeless, then think forward to a point after that when you were doing well again and realise that, just like back then, this suffering too will pass. Look for the good right now, even in the tiniest of places. I highly recommend Jordan Peterson for overcoming mental issues, he's been to some dark places and helped me take responsibility for my own mental health and slowly clean up some trauma from the past. Maybe some of this applies, maybe it doesn't, just take plenty of time to study yourself and just as much time to be as stress free as possible, then slowly reintegrate. I believe in you Max : )
