In this video , i show you how make a oil change on a Mazda CX-3.
It´s relative easy to make a oil change on the CX-3, all what you need is a 10mm and 17mm socket and a oil Filter opener Tool.
I change my oil and Filter with OEM Mazda parts and oil , that´s not cheap but it´s original.

Es ist relativ einfach, einen Ölwechsel am CX-3 durchzuführen. Sie benötigen lediglich eine 10-mm- und 17-mm-Buchse sowie ein Ölfilteröffner-Werkzeug.
Ich tausche mein Öl und meinen Filter gegen OEM Mazda Teile und Öl aus, das ist nicht billig, aber es ist original.

On those oil drain containers there is usually a vent which stops all that splashing as the air gets out. Probably that red bung.
About how hot to get the oil before draining and why; go for a drive and really wind up that engine. About twenty miles or so, so it will be scalding hot. Because any corners where sludge can form inside your engine, you want it to liquify and drain out. And so, heating up the oil will help accomplish that. Also notice he is wearing gloves, a good idea not only to keep that hot oil off your skin but used motor oil is very toxic (amongst other thing it contains compounds of arsenic). Don't be in such a rush to get in the oil drain plug after draining the oil, as is our videographer here. I leave it out until after I remove the filter and then wait until the oil is just a drip-drip-drip, once every 5 seconds or so. And as for the thin film of oil I smear onto the new oil filter gasket; dip you finger in the NEW oil and use new oil to lube the gasket NOT used, shitty oil STILL dripping out (this guy in the video has no patience). I know a rookie when I see one…. ☝🏾 👀🤧. First rookie mistake, you over-tightened that oil filter. You should never tighten it with a ratchet. Your hands will do just fine! Second mistake, you checked the dipstick without even starting the car to let the oil run through the engine first……
as soon as you turn it on and run it for a few minutes some of it is already used up, and your customer will complain you didn’t top them off! But other than that you did an “ok” job.
Didn't use a torque wrench for the drain bolt, didn't use the opening on the oil container so the air can escape without spashing all around... So many things rushed... 😂😂
Huh, I didn't know they had a Mazda CX-3 that used 5W-30.. Mines 0W-20 as I checked they all are?? Is it just because I have a base model?
AFAIK they all call for 0w20, but some owners choose other weights. In a hot climate the thicker oil may be what's called for.
US and Canada models are 0w20, I believe the Mexican and any other market are 5w20 or 30

Manual speaks in 5.1 liters for 1.5cc engine is right?

There are many for this engine, mobil 1 makes one and also k&n... I just bought the k&n filter from Walmart from my 2017 CX-3... Even the Walmart brand filter is made in USA
