Le Labo The Noir 29 Fragrance Review + Samples Giveaway
Le Lao The Noir 29 is an excellent new release for fall. The fragrance is a combination of some of my favorite notes such as tea, fig leaves, bay leaves, vetiver and musk. The fragrance is the combination of dry notes but does not wear dry at all. Le Labo The Noir 29 smells like you are walking in a park in the fall, stepping on and crushing the fallen leaves and the aroma of dry leaves and dry flowers and woods are being crushed and the scent is filling the air around you.
Le Labo The Noir 29 also reminds me of Le Labo's Baie Rose 26, The Chicago City Exclusive. I have always wanted to own Baie Rose 26 but felt it was a bit too expensive so I now have the best of both worlds in The Noir 29! :)

This is my favorite Le Labo fragrance. I have Santal 33, but I'm not in love with it and just recently purchased the New York City exclusive Tubereuse 40 during the month of September.. I cannot wear a lot of Tubereuse fragrances, but this one works because it's gentle and not overbearing.
I have over 40 colognes and I just bought Noir 29 yesterday and by far has become my favorite of all my colognes
I absolutely love this fragrance, you’re right about the dryness of it. I smell some spicieness too, it’s such a clean scent!
This is such an old video, but I've gotta say rose is the prominent note I get from this and it's my favorite. It feels like a warm, dark rose and I could bathe in it!
I fell in love with this fragrance! I smell a Rose too, especially after spraying on.
Santal 33 my first and my favorite.
100% the best one I’ve smelt so far, but I still have a lot to smell, that’s why it’s great you can buy samples.
I hate Santal 33, but I am madly in love with Another 13 and Noir 29
Love this smell, great explanation of the noses 👃 that this fragrance releases. I fell in love once I smelled it in a NY lounge
And once I came back to California I had to get my hands on it! Great for chilly nights in LA for so far!
It's a great fall scent. I absolutely love it but it's very underrated. Glad you have it. Yes and perfect in chilly nights! :)

I am sampling this today- sotd, and I get the same thing , I get the citrusy figy rose 😀
Anyone else has this problem ....?
I got a 100 ml bottle three other day and the liquid turned very cloudy . It than slowly turned clear in about one month time frame. Once it turns clear , the scent only last about 30 mins max . I have exchanged THREE times . EVERYTIME is like this .....
Does anyone else have a cloudy perfume initially?
The deposits are harmless to your fragrance just keep it in a cool place it won’t affect its performance

Enjoyed the review and I'm glad you listed the notes because Fragrantica lists only rose, amber and black pepper. Regardless, I'm going to pass on this one since I still haven't found a fig fragrance I can stomach. I tried a couple more this weekend (one of them being Diptyque Philosykos) and...well, it's just not a pleasant reaction. Oh well...
Anyway, I would still love to put my nose on this one in my pursuit of fig fragrances I like or love. I'm currently in Virginia but will be heading up to Michigan soon. Of course, I am in a permanent state of confusion. LOL!

Yep, fig is one of the Seven Deadly notes I just don't enjoy when used it fragrance. Heck, I don't even like Fig Newtons! Regardless, I'll keep sniffing.

What's your opinion on Le Labo Santal 33? I love it and hate it all at the same time. I own it and i do love it, i do, but i really have to be in a certain mood for it. I bought my boyfriend Bergamot 22 for xmas and next month ill be getting it for myself because it's incredible! Im adding Noir 29 to my list of what to smell :) Love your videos!
