W Mitsuki. As a wise man once said you can not train your internal organs. I think poison is underrated and underdeveloped in Naruto and it makes sense Mitsuki would develop one specifically to kill Boruto and by extension Kawaki.
The way in which Mitsuki caught Kawaki off guard, with a snake bite, I'd love to see how the latter will react, the second he wakes up and realises the former's defiance, Kawaki himself could end up in a rage, vowing to make Mitsuki suffer for this double cross, while being determined to kill Boruto as well.
Yeah Kawaki is definitely gonna be pissed. He doesn't have that much loyalty to anyone ( outside of Naruto) so I could see him just attacking Mitsuki as well.

I haven't watched to much of the anime, but I hear the best episodes are when they adapt the manga.
