What does the run flat indicator mean? Does it mean the system will indicate when we have a flat tyre or when the air pressure is not to a certain limit?

Srini Krishna based on how these systems work the manufacturers only say they will warn of tyre deflation (flat tyre) however they do give alerts when smaller amounts of pressure is lost but cannot be relied on for that.
