Just came to say I am in the middle of chemo, still waiting for it all to fall out. Looking forward to trying this when I have longer hair again. Mine is stick straight so curious what will happen to it when comes back in.
@@GrowingHandsOnKids mine was stick straight before chemo. When it all started falling out, I had it shaved because it was so messy! When it came back, it had a beautiful wave for about a year and now it is straight again, but healthy and I can do these waves! Best to you
I MANAGED TO DO THIS LOOK TODAY! thanks so much milabu! taking the extra time to practice the technique over and over with the iron off before trying on hair really helped, and I don’t think I’ve ever got the back of my hair this even with lovely soft curls 🎉❤

I love this style! My hair falls flat immediately and using any product makes my hair super oily, so I have never been able to achieve wavy or curly hair. You make it look so easy! 🥰

And just because of the teacher in me: the correct word you mean to use is 'tousle' (sounds like HOUSE- el), which means to make hair look untidy vs. 'tussle', which means to struggle against somebody
Thank you for such a great explanation and doing it in so many different ways for so many different hair links and with different tools! I have been trying to master this for so long and I’ve watched so many videos and I have never heard anyone suggest to practice with a COLD tool. It makes so much sense because you only have a short window with your hair and I panic under pressure and I don’t want to damage my hair or burn my face.
I have a straightener, multiple curling wands of different sizes, satin heatless curling things and no curler with a clamp... I can't buy no more I have no space!! -- I'll just try It with a straightener I imagine it will be similar

I’m not sure I understand how to do the first look. Maybe a view from the side would help (more like what we would see in the mirror)? But I will practice the flat iron waves.
One question: how do I prevent my ends from curling? I want them to go straight down like yours do and keep getting it wrong I think I’m either not angling enough at the end or angling too much 😢
