      Todos los ejercicios que no sean dominadas se pueden hacer de mejor forma sin esa barra honestamente.

I wasn't pulling my chest to the bar either I was doing my chin so that's gonna make my workouts more worth it. If you attach some resistance bands on each side of the pull up bar and stand on the band, you can make the biceps excercice more interesting. You can even use that technique for dead lifts. And if pull ups are too hard for you, use resistance bands to make it a bit easier. The combination of pullup bar and resistance bands is really the best thing for a home workout.

  • @doc2590
    @doc2590 3 месяца назад

    I am just wondering if over time, it would damage the door trim and wall. Is it padded to protect the wall? and constant pressure on the door trip could cause it to come loose and fall off. Just a thought.

    I'm late on this video but I got the same bar as you and I'm a little paranoid about the bar falling off the door, meaning me falling off while doing a pullup, lol. I hear a little creaking even though the lip looks lined up fine with the door frame. I'm 6'2 160 so my weight isn't the issue

    • @DisciplineDave
