Gunter Steiner may be amusing on TV but he’s a terrible leader. Shouting and threatening to fire everyone doesn’t get the best out of them. It’s probably a large part of the reason they’re at the back of the grid.

Claire Williams appointment put alot of engineers off, they probably stopped performing and letting the performance reflect the leadership of Claire Williams...

All of this stuff is pretty real. The "fake" stuff people are usually talking about is like the string of radio messages and interviews that are woven together in often just blatantly false orders. Sometimes they'll put in a radio clip from an entirely different race if it makes the conflict look better. They also use fake race commentary in some clips.
Steiner is not a good leader, He is too tough on his Driver...He needs to learn from McLaren they were so patient all the time even their car was pile of sh** but look at them now
Honestly listening to Toto Wolff talk on Nico Rosberg’s podcast about the important of empathy and mental health support proves why he’s such a good leader. I can’t see how anyone would react well to the way Steiner treats his drivers. People only like him because of the memes from DTS
I do have to agree with Ferrari and about the past few years of F1. I see a lot of drivers joking and joking and smiling after bad performances and I hate it. 4:24 why do Haas have pictures of the Ferrari on their computers?
Cause they bought most parts from Ferrari and are a customer team still
Geniaaaal
Vettel “So is that the credo for this weekend”.
Bloody hell, he speaks better English than many Brits I know. Damn that guy is smart!
Super Seb, gotta love him!
You left out the best bit, FOKSMASH
That Racing point brake thing was pure politics. How, the sport accepted it was evidence that they are all criminals. The way they hanged their heads in shame says it all.
I'm extremely angry
You cant "joke" -- Is the ferrari MasterBlan...🚩 cus the whole of "Ferrari is a JOKE" ... Thank lord Seb left ferrari..
When does the new season start?
The old hass livery was amazing tho
Ferrari treat their drivers like crap just because it’s Ferrari, poor Seb.
Quite interesting
"Says who"
"Me"
love that burn after words... corpo crap.
Honda doing wonders
Gunter Steiner may be amusing on TV but he’s a terrible leader. Shouting and threatening to fire everyone doesn’t get the best out of them. It’s probably a large part of the reason they’re at the back of the grid.
Yup, because Netflix would never edit it to enhance the TV drama... pure documentary...
Its amazing how much better the Williams team has become ever since Claire Williams left the team, there is no room for nepotism in a meritocracy sport! Claire Williams appointment put alot of engineers off, they probably stopped performing and letting the performance reflect the leadership of Claire Williams...
I don't think so. They just didn't have enough money to develop the car and pay the staff well.
Claire and Williams were doing well until recent years having problems due to being an independent team and money. U wrote a whole essay about how Claire leaving is a blessing when ur wrong and can’t even do ur own research properly
Disagree, Williams are much better funded now and the improved results back this up
Now we saw, that the Honda Engine is much better than the Renault Engine
5:10 what did you expect from joining Williams? They're a joke and I'm surprised they're still going. Whol would ever sponsor them? "Hey give us money to never win or come in the top 10".
I can't wait to see Steiner in Season 4....
It's very interesting
Fitipaldi just walking around Haas paddock.
Had to go back just to see if the audio mixing really jumps like crazy or is it just my phones.... it was not my phones... what the....
yo quiero ver mas de Sergio Perez en Fórmula 1: Drive to Survive
How much of this is actually dramatised and how much is actual. I have been following F1 in the recent years and started watching F1 this year. Haven't watched DTS yet.
these are just actual behind the scenes, with a bit of dramatic editing and music for the younger generation to be interested in. it's a good series
Yea bro give the series a chance. I’m a fan and l like it
@@stephenmuhia7658 kudos bro.....planning to get into DTS soon
All of this stuff is pretty real. The "fake" stuff people are usually talking about is like the string of radio messages and interviews that are woven together in often just blatantly false orders. Sometimes they'll put in a radio clip from an entirely different race if it makes the conflict look better. They also use fake race commentary in some clips.
Steiner is not a good leader, He is too tough on his Driver...He needs to learn from McLaren they were so patient all the time even their car was pile of sh** but look at them now
they had hope coz they had money. Haas however...
Honestly listening to Toto Wolff talk on Nico Rosberg’s podcast about the important of empathy and mental health support proves why he’s such a good leader. I can’t see how anyone would react well to the way Steiner treats his drivers. People only like him because of the memes from DTS
Cyril💔
Nice
That's interesting 🤍.
Seb not getting af is muah* 🤌
its funny how when racing point needs to do their own engineering after the 2020 season they drop from battling for 3rd to a distant 7th.
Vettel is great
weird how the car wasnt competitive when they couldnt use mercedes parts lol
F1 is now a Netflix "Reality TV " show, no longer a sport.
I do have to agree with Ferrari and about the past few years of F1. I see a lot of drivers joking and joking and smiling after bad performances and I hate it. Before, drivers really cared and were emotional about losing. Now we have Vettel, Ricciardo, Norris and the new youngster acting all smiley and just gives me the feeling they don't care or lack passion for what they do. There're drivers that wish to have their seats and will be pissed to underperform. I missed the old driver like JPMontoya, Schumacher, Webber, Mika, and many more.
They won’t leave, they like it in the haas
@ horner holding his laugh
Damnit they left out the fuk smash the door bit
Cyril cryin now
