I like the idea of covering all of the water systems, but this video is more on why we should rather than what will happen.

Clean Water Act? It's an act alright ...the EPA has plenty on their plate as it is focus and fix there, if you need another project start with getting the fluoride Out of our drinking water.
Might even look to stop the spraying from planes that are causing allergies and going into said water. That would be a good new project for you. Or run a study on what fracking chemicals are doing to the water table and post those results. Just some ideas. BTW Mr. Ganesen your video was quite nice nonetheless even if you were handed a poor script.

The Supreme Court Orders about the jurisdiction of the Clean Water Act, simply chose to recognize the EPA had overstepped their authority to the detriment of property rights. All the EPA needs to do is recognize property rights in the CWA.
