I have been watching each of your recipes. Some of them i recollect tasting these in my childhood and i like to watch the rest just for your patience in the traditional way you cook them. Especially i like to see the manual grinder :)
Simple and easy. Just a tip, you don’t need to soak hesalukalu at all, it can be pressure cooked for about 5 whistles and can be used immediately. I cook it this way. Cheers
@@revathivadhiparthi8622 yes,there are many studies of "modern science" and also various books and scriptures which show soaked food is more nutritious than other foods.it's not only for sprouts,but also for dry fruits,for cooking pulses for sambars and any stuff.even for making khichdis,rice it's better if u soak them for atleast 20-30mins,but regarding green gram and other pulses like green gram,it will be more nutritious when soaked overnight. 😊😊❤🥰

When you do the same thing with sprouted version there will be no nutrients.
Sprouts must never be cooked or placed in heat for even 10 seconds.
