Dave, AAP have a good wireless keypad kit that comes with a PSU (in the flush box) for the keypad. Allows you to install the Keypad by a light switch feed and wirelessly connect to the panel. Then the PIRs are all wired to the panel as normal. Great for those existing houses where you can't get a wire to the keypad. FYI, Adult electrical apprentice here. Love you videos.
I love your videos, can you do a video on wiring PIR Light sensor to a on/off switch and light and also how to have 2 more PIR sensors controlling same light.
Hi there Dave, thanks for the Vid. Informative. Have a question, is it possible to place an in-line bypass switch for this PIR? how would one go about wiring that up? Want to have the ability to bypass the PIR without having to fiddle with bypassing zones on the alarm panel itself.
I'm guessing you've figured it out or given up by now, but it's so that opening the case will trigger as if the sensor has sensed something. If you had more cores in the cable you could wire it seperately.
@@Mansare94 Why is there 2 EOL terminals? Is terminal 3 EOL for wiring single EOL resistor into tamper? and is terminal 6 EOL for wiring double EOL into relay?
Dave, I dare you to a video on zone doubling with the AAP panel, so we can see all 16 zones in use.

Very informative! Thank you very much.
I have one of these pirs there actually absolutely amazing and quite small but ey there pet safe aswell which is extremely good quality
can you explain to me why the resistor sits in the tamper and relay?
