My Ikea in Illinois is about 45 minutes for me...just bought a 12 box book shelf with 2 drawers and 2 dividers for my craft room. That store amazes me! Since I usually use a walker, my son pushed me in my wheel chair....thank goodness!!!!! The store design is genius....takes you throughout the areas and sometimes you might find something else you "absolutely cannot live without".... great job on dresser ❤😊
I’m about 4 hrs from IKEA in Atlanta, we are in Jay Florida close to Pensacola. 😢 miss IKEA so much, went to them all the time when we lived overseas they are on every street corner.

I'm about 30 mins away from Ikea with no traffic but with traffic, maybe 45 mins. I don't go often because I live in a big city and it's the other side of the city from where I live - same city! LOL

Natalee next time that happens to a candle all I do is put the broken candle in a trash bag and then using the handle end of a butter knife lightly bang on the glass all around the candle and the glass falls off then run the candle under running water, washing off the tiny shards
Our closes IKEA is 4 hours away! When we go it is an all day event! And some times an over nighter.. tons of fun. We only go about once a year.. and we spend a ton! I really do not think they dupe any one…. They have awesome designers . And it has been for decades !
I was surprised to see the brass top table at the beginning of IKEA store. I bought it from a neighbor for $20 a few years ago. Her uncle worked in India and when he left in 1958 he was given a table just like that. It’s a very large tray embossed with Indian designs. Beautiful! I thought I was the only one who had a table like that!
My nearest IKEA is 7 mins away, and the other one is about 30 mins away, but I hardly ever go to either! I live in Dubai, so the maximum distance to anywhere (traffic allowing 😏😬) is about 40 mins!

Next time, stick the candle in the freezer overnight. The candle should come right out whole.

I'm very fortunate I live between two Ikea's one is 16 miles away and the other is 9 miles away.
I used to be about a half hour away when I lived in St. Louis, but now I live in Cape Girardeau and that's about 2 hours away.
