Ever since giving up the weapons, Ukraine signed a contract with France and many other countries in Europe, even US signed the contract for offering Ukraine money and weapons as apart of a security contract. Since being signed, Ukraine gave up its nukes back to the Soviet Union and made a deal with other nations for security contracts.
