Man, I loved watching the medical examiner putting Prior in his place. He’s speaking to a doctor with years and years of experience. He’s not gonna convince the jury that he was wrong in his findings. 👏

Now I know why she was having to take antidepressants. I was reading articles & I swear I thought I read that before Charles was killed, he’d written to not only Chad but Tammy, informing her of the affair so I just wonder what really was going on in that house. I’m not sure if that’s actually true or if that was somehow misrepresented and will try to find where I saw that , bc I’ve not heard it mentioned at all during the trial that I know of , of course I’ve missed parts here and there too . But I’d think if she knew she’d have confided in at least someone about it , idk 🤷🏻♀️?! But I hate to think of her last moments anyway .. bc I can just imagine him having her restrained and unable to speak and being disgusting and evil enough to tell her some sinister things right before ending her life. That poor woman ..
Side note , what annoyed me today about prior ( I mean I could pick among so many things about him that annoy me and sicken me , but anyway ) was how he tried to dispute whether someone could “ at the same time “ bruise an arm while asphyxiating someone . So irritating. No one said the bruises would’ve had to occur in that type of timing or exact situation and it’s clear that she could’ve been restrained by any means, without it being someone only physically holding her down. He could’ve used any type of restraint after over powering her. And the coward that he is, he likely would’ve attempted that as she was sleeping but who knows. Either way he’s absolutely disgusting and never needs to see the light of day again. I wonder if he and Lori communicate still or what. I wish they’d release any jail calls , if so .

The testimony from Alice Gilbert is just absolutely stunning. How did these people continue to let Chad into their home!!! I would have kicked him out when he told them he met the woman he “wants to marry” not even a week after his wife died!! Then to eventually ask them if they would put their house up for Lori’s bond!!? WTF!!! HOW did they NOT go to the police with their concerns!? This entire story is so awful. Chad apparently had the entire “Ward” manipulated somehow. I hope he is convicted. What a monster!! All because he was lusting after Lori. Sickening.

yeah i burst out laughing when he tried to make it seem like the book fair was strenuous on her. idiot! most teachers (like me) are up and around all day without fail, but any elementary staff is SUPER active all day and all around and they're hands on and on their feet with comfy shoes because they are moving to keep up with the little ones. a book fair is not going to be an unusually strenuous event. ridiculous! like he's trying to make it seem as if tammy was lifting palettes of Tolstoy. i know pryor has to grasp for arguments, but you're right.... it is RIDICULOUS to make it seem like Tammy wasn't active at school. and insulting to tammy's memory of course. i've never rooted for the death penalty more.

I think the exact same thing. My guess is Chad held her down, and Alex put something over her head or face. It’s truly astonishing how badly the coroner failed to do her job. I hope she is going to be investigated since she allowed the body to be cremated, not to mention ignoring or overlooking evidence such as the pink foam and the 9 bruises she somehow decided “looked old”…!! She isn’t a dr and doesn’t have any kind of medical training!!! HOW was it even permitted for her to determine the cause of death!! It’s absolutely unbelievable.

They’re very deceived and belong to a cult and self thinking is one thing they do not have … they’re all indoctrinated and fed so many deceptive lies and false teachings and it’s sad bc they do not know nor worship and serve God almighty or Jesus and are very much fooled and manipulated and deceived. And sadly, every Mormon I’ve ever encountered seems to all have that same mentality about them.. it’s hard to put into words but I’ve always been able to tell when anyone was affiliated with that cult before they ever even spoke of being associated.. they may try to talk about Jesus on the surface and do this whole typical acquaintance level socializing but they don’t usually right away even mention that they’re Mormons until they try and get into ur personal life and try to start inviting u or ur kids to things … they don’t mention the idolization of con man Joseph smith either … but they will try and get in good With people, then they wanna get their missionaries knocking on ur door , offering to do whatever so called good deeds and even praying with you , never do they talk about what they REALLY believe or adhere to at that point. If you begin discussing the issues with what they’re actually serving and adhering to , they only are taught to argue and deflect and justify things dancing around issues and never via directly addressing specifics bc they’re taught that. It’s sad. And people need to research deeply into what REALLY goes on within that cult and within their temples. Baptizing dead people by proxy using children , secret handshakes and endowment ceremonies , sealing ceremonies , Mormon underwear , ritualistic bathing of people within the temples , etc. and their obsession with ancestry / genealogy, obtaining historical documents, theryve even tried to baptize victims of the holocaust that were killed. It’s disgusting. They’ve been a very racist group and there’s just so many things people don’t know that goes on. Not even their own members know everything, depending on their standing or level of involvement. It’s sad. Also, people don’t realize that ancestry . Com is run by them and mainly to obtain as much info as they can about people’s family history, as they wanna again , use that to convert dead people to Mormonism ( without having someone being alive to freaking consent to that mess , it’s clearly impossible yet they think otherwise 🙄) .. it’s so obviously creepy and against God, yet so many people fall for that nonsense and at least Mormonism is on the decline in recent years..

Sounds like the judge is inept. He first sustains an objection; then he goes back and reverses it. This is done almost always. And it seems like the defense attorney educates him on different subjects and then the judge agrees.

He’s given plenty of fairness , imo and isn’t one sided at all.. there are plenty of times he’s made the right calling on behalf of the prosecution & it’s not that certain questions can’t be asked, it’s the basis & way they’re asked that is being expected in order for them to still be acceptable , if I’m making sense 😂. I think the judge has been quite impartial and I also think the prosecuting attorney has done a great job . I wish they’d instruct witnesses to pause long enough to allow for her to make an objection if need be , as once they’ve answered , she has no chance to dispute the questioning during cross examination but other than that, I really don’t think he’s biased to the defense .. I do know what you’re referring to , as there was one line of questioning especially where prior kept asking the same dang question again and again and I wanted to slap him severely 😂. But ultimately , he was able to slightly word it just enough where it ended up being allowed. I just can’t stand hearing him period 😂
I agree and have thought the same since the beginning of the trial. I’m not sure he’s always alert and seems happy to be led by the lawyers instead of leading them.
Prior perseverating on the fact Tammy was “dug up” as he so crassly keeps on putting it, is ridiculous! He’s just pissed they found out she was murdered and it hurts his case.

Here's a weird unpleasant story about two Mormons who were stocking my daughter. True story.
Two young Mormon men knocked at my 27 year old daughter's door. They insisted on coming in to preach but my daughter is catholic and politely said no thank you. For two nights both her and my son in law saw them parked at night watching their mobile home. He called the police to report it but they would leave as soon as my son in law would step outside. The police did verified that multiple people of the community had the same experience. This is the creepy part, they did belong to the town's Mormon temple. They couldn't charge them because it is freedom of religion and they were in the street. They never went back to my daughter's house, thankfully but that was just a crazy and scary experience.
There are plenty of people with good intentions and hearts in this world, no one is denying that or even making it an issue.. but regardless of the horrible things this man has done, if speaking about the Mormon belief system & practices , not just the warped beliefs being brought up in this trial that this group of people were connected to ( Chad / Lori / Melanie etc ) but the practices and indoctrination that pertains to mormonism, period are the issue .. the fact that Mormons even associate themselves by using the lord Jesus’s name or God almighty is the issue bc every bit of what Mormonism teaches and represents is an abomination against God and complete blasphemy and I HOPE at least , that anyone of the Christian faith will not be fooled into assuming that mormons are at all in line with anything pertaining to Christianity and truly knowing and worshipping the lord .. the Book of Mormon is an abomination against God and complete blasphemy , as are the many other teachings and practices within the Mormon religion, which Honestly, is in fact a cult and I know that Mormons are taught to wanna argue against that and try to justify their beliefs, I know it can’t be easy when you’re taught a specific belief system and have that engrained in ur heart and mind, when especially you’re surrounded by indoctrination constantly and constantly fed this narrative and never given time or really allowed to truly use self thinking and question the many things that are in contradiction with the word of God , as the group is constantly reinforcing their beliefs on people and filling their waking minutes with every bit of indoctrination they can … and believe me, it isn’t my desire to be hurtful or mean or belittling to anyone , I’d only pray that anyone who is associated with that belief system would truly go to God almighty and ask him to reveal to them the truth .. for them to get their Bible out and read it and wait upon the lord to give them the clarity and truth in his word and convict their hearts and minds / spirit of what is right. It isn’t about me or some attempt to argue with someone or make them feel bad, etc. I just would want people to take to the lord God, their legit desire to know him and his truth and have their hearts convicted and believe on him , that if they’re not walking the true path that is flat out of God- that he will convict their heart to know him and to know what is false and what is deceptive and not of him. Bc at the end of the day , if someone does that and they put trust and their desire to be seeking and serving and honoring God wholly and truly , he will make right their path and understanding and if it weren’t so , well I guess they wouldn’t have to worry .. but the truth is that the things Mormonism teaches are not of God and they go against God and that doesn’t mean there aren’t people belonging to that group that don’t have a heart to do good things or whatever … there are plenty of people in this world who in their own way, have the utmost intentions and desires to do good. That isn’t even the issue here in this trial , as people aren’t disputing whether there are actually people out there that ARENT like these horrible murderers on trial… but the actual beliefs and practices within Mormonism , just in terms of what is actually important when it comes to whether a group that claims to be worshipping God/ Jesus is concerned , is that what the Mormons are believing and practicing is NOT of God. You can’t have some book of lies and refer to it as a companion to the Bible. Tne Bible has been written and is accurate .. and some con man in the 1800’s has deceived many people into following the deception that is the Mormon belief system … that man used things that totally go against the Bible , such as divining / fortune telling / magic type practices/ lies , deception & dishonesty and it’s just a whole warped narrative that sadly , people have bought into .. and one cannot baptize dead people by proxy … nor practice free masonry and other pagan / satanic rituals and practices and think for a second they’re aligned with the word of God… many will say they did things in his name and will find that God tells them he NEVER KNEW THEM! People have to be ware of false teachers and false prophets and anything that deviates from the Bible. Jesus is the ONLY way to the father .. and it’s thru his death and resurrection that any of us have redemption and life eternal. People don’t go on to some celestial planet to make spirit babies with their “ sealed “ partner once they die . They don’t become gods , themselves .. the Bible has been written and the way Mormons think their cult leaders are somehow apostles , documenting everything they discuss in their meetings , as if their words are the Bible being written still is wrong and nothing but a lie. Tney can sit in their buildings and claim to “ manifest “ this and that , of whatever they think will just come to be but it’s NOT anything being blessed or ordained by God and is nothing more than distortion and deception. I pray for anyone associated within that belief system, that they’ll come to know the true Christ , the true God and Alfa and omega - Yahweh . I do not say any of this to be mean or hurful or hateful .. like I said, I only pray anyone associated with that group and its indoctrinated system of beliefs and practices would sincerely go to God almighty in their own private prayer time and just open their heart and tell him - lord if I’m part of anything that is teaching and practicing anything that goes against you and your word - convict my heart and show me. And genuinely seek that with God bc he will never fail to provide and answer and his love for you, for me, for every child he’s created with such purpose and intention is so real and true and cannot lie and will not deceive. I genuinely pray that for anyone ! That they’d only seek him, ask him to examine their heart and trust in him and love him and know him in a truly deep personal way. God bless you in all things with abundance. I hope you know I’m not saying any of this to attack anyone or be hateful or anything like that.. it isn’t about me versus anyone , it’s about whether people know God and Jesus and his truth , that people are given the opportunity to seek him and know him.
