The missed crucial evidence and didn’t put a jury instruction saying they didn’t have to prove how caylee died for it to be murder. The jury didn’t like her either. Kouri's lawyer continues to distance herself from Kouri with the seating arrangement. This started when Kouri implicated the lawyer in the letter to Kouri's family in which she wrote that the lawyer was advising her on how to lie.
Why is the lawyer staying w her?
Lead prosecutors or defense council always sit at the end because it's easy stand up and to approach the judge if necessary.
Kouri's co council is seated next to the lead defense attorney so they can be accessible to each other if need be.
Kouri said her council told her to lie?
I don't believe a word out of her mouth. If her lawyer did that and it's against Kouri's integrity and better judgement, why didn't she get a new attorney?

1:57 I am intrigued and worried by the prosecutor's act of sneakily walking over and looking at the material that is in front of the defence lawyer's table. The judge may have missed this or decided that someone looking at someone else's notes without permission is acceptable behaviour.
They have other cases and Kouri’s is one of many cases on the court calendar

What blows my mind is people like Kouri, Sarah Boone, and even Jodi Arias…who seem to think they are all going home after their trials. Based on their own writings/comments. Maybe I’m just a pessimist because if all the evidence was stacked against me like in these cases, I’d be the first one to be like “I’m never getting out”. Is it optimistic since it’s the only hope they have, or just delusional?
That's probably true with Boone and Arias, but Kouri looks sick with worry and gaunt.
Let's not forget the Casey Anthony murder trial were she was found not guilty..I still believe the majority of jurors forgot to put their heating aids in before they left home.

I can’t believe people are commenting that Skye is beautiful and competent. Beauty is certainly in the eye of the beholder, but I find her face to me hideous. As far as competency, have y’all watched the same hearing as I did? The judge had to spell it out to her that this is a probable cause hearing NOT the jury trial. He had to FORCE her to confer with her client. He literally said ‘I’m going to have to force you to speak to your client.’ She doesn’t even have the BASICS down and the judge is needing to hold her hand like a first year law student. The judge has to basically say ‘shut up and get to the point, that was a mechanical question.’ Skye is too busy making her faces and wanting to approach the bench because she’s dying to be close to the judge and saunter around the courtroom. People saying she’s confident? Where are you getting that from? Why do you think she’s talking so quietly? She knows she’s making a fool of herself to the judge and she’s embarrassed.

Now, humor aside, I believe Skye is a narcissist. Learn to spot the signs. RUclips some signs of a narcissist (maybe include narcissist lawyer in your description) and you might be able to see it for yourself. Most narcissists have a.) a deep sense of shame which they then hide with the opposite sense-- b.) a contrived and lofty sense of arrogance and aptitude. You don't see this in Skye yet...
Narcissists also always pretend to be experts in subjects they are not experts in. Kouri Richins is Exhibit A with her real estate engagements that flopped continually in spite of her need to appear knowledgeable and successful at real estate. Skye as a lawyer I think is also a good example of this as she fumbles and bumbles along, sometimes not knowing principles of law that average Joes know. Ted Bundy, the narcissist psychopath who thought he was great at law (and went on to defend himself (what an idiot)) just because he studied law in school, was also a good example of this particular narcissist trait. Kouri chose the wrong lawyer. Their ship is going down and they're both inevitably going to sink or swim together.
