    Excellent video. Very thorough process. Seeing demonstration of the transitions from one process to another was invlauable.. almost magical to see Amazing number of variations evloved from the same basic image. Just what I needed.

    Excellent video, the end is very important for the student to learn what's the differences between Monotype and a Monoprint are.

    nice instructional! Looking for cheaper options to teach myself some other printmaking techniques. Plexiglass vs copper plates and drypoint vs acid baths.....nice.

    Thank you .This was great ! I assume you use oil base printer ink .? I only can get the black one here . I like the dry point on the ghost prints .

    how did you get that drawing from the photograph?

      Sometimes I just draw on a sheet of paper looking at the photo, but often, as in this case, I size the photo to the dimensions of the plate in Photoshop and then create another layer in Photoshop and essentially trace over some key areas that I want to work from. I can print out several copies of the same drawing so it doesn't vary from print to print. I can also flip the image horizontally so that the final print is not in reverse to the original photo.
