  • This video shows you how to massage your forearm muscles, using either vibration massage or manual techniques. The forearm muscles are a common cause of elbow, arm, wrist and hand pain, and can lead to conditions such as tennis elbow or golfers elbow. In this video we give viewers two choices of massage. The first is massage by hand known as muscle stripping. The second, and most easy and effective is by using vibration massage or vibration therapy where vibrations penetrate deeply without needing painful pressure. Vibrations have been scientifically proven to disrupt muscle spasms, relax muscles and increase blood flow, making it highly effective trigger point therapy. The massager we use is our DrGraeme General Purpose Massager.

    Thank you so much for this information. I have just used a deep tissue massager all over my forearm and around my elbows. I’m experiencing the most pain in my left elbow recently, so I’ll let you know if that helped loosen up the tightness in muscles around my elbows and the pain eases up.

      @@kevinb21 Hi, I saw some improvement in massaging every night, particularly, I found that I woke up without any pain. I got too busy/crazy over Christmas to continue; lo and behold, my elbow is sore again. As an interim, I rubbed anti-inflammatory cream on at night, but it hasn't done much. I'm still not able to grip things or pick things up without some pain. Randomly, the sorest thing I can do is to swat a fly!

    😊 Thanks for all of your time, expertise and information. I wanted to
    purchase your large, long handled vibration massager, but I live in the 🇺🇸 😞
    Please let me know if you can sell them to us in the future.

    What do “tight” or “tender” muscles feel like? Does that just mean pain?

    • @drgraeme
      @drgraeme  Год назад

      "Tight" has it's usual mean. Tender means that it is painful when you press on it. If you are not sure you could visit a therapist and ask them.
