This looks delicious but I was a little confused when you used a sauce pan, sauce being the operative word, for frying off the ham & croutons, surely you would use a frying pan 🤷🏻♀️

i have NEVER managed to make eggs en cocotte successfully. the eggs either come out raw or overcooked.
