I've binge-watched many of your videos now and want to thank you for reminding me of who I really am. Your channel feels like a message from myself, I've had similar non conformitive thoughts for many years and trying to be "normal" especially here in Sweden was making me miserable. Today I have what others think a radical diet (No not vegan god damn it, that's not radical anymore). I walk barefoot and use barefoot shoes, I for example sit on a yoga ball, standing, sit on the floor, on my knees and lie on the floor with a pillow under my chest when working on my laptop, that's not practical in the office but when I work from home I love it. I have no social media, I don't own a TV and I definitely never ever watch or read the scaremongering propaganda called "the news". My hobbies is dancing, martial arts, being outdoors and hitting the gym. I love to just sit on the floor or lie on the floor doing absolutely nothing or being in the forest staring in to a fire. My next step is getting rid of my sofa and bed and transition to a futon mattress for sleeping. It's just hard to find likeminded people, maybe I need to share my own stories so that I one day can start or be part of a community with people that just want to be authentically healthy human beings. Take care!
Found your videos and just wanted to give you a written thumps up. You have a great way of talking about complex things. It's enjoying to see that a lot of common things (like furniture) are not the end of all wisdom. It kind of challenges the view on our modern life.
My apartment does not feel normal. I've been "renovating" it in my free time for like 6 months and the constant rearanging of furniture means I wake up every morning thinking "Where am I?" Luckly I found your videos and can incorporate more movement into it.
I like how you break down these (for some people) difficult to understand subjects and explain them in a very clear way. Normality is addictive in many different ways and it's a constant battle to be "weird"!
Sorry about the croaky voice, I've been a bit ill. I didn't even realise it sounded like that until I started editing, it feels fine to talk. Anyway, If you are Interested in coaching then head to this link to learn more or book a session: movementum.co.uk/work-with-me I Hope You Enjoy The Video :D
About coaching: I have been doing online coaching with Billy for a few months now. I highly recommend it! It really helps to have someone in your corner to listen to you, give advice, offer an outside perspective, and cheer you on. Moreover, you can really tell he cares about you and your goals. If you are looking to make some changes or improvements, I encourage you to give it a try. ✌️
Thank you, I really appreciate the kind words :D Consistency is one of my biggest weaknesses at this point in my life, and I think it shows in my video output. But as of this video, I'm dedicating myself to doing better. I have a new script about 80% done, so expect another video next week! And if there isn't one, then you know I failed :P
@@Movementum hahaha it's not a television series anyway, there's only so much you can say about the topic so take your sweet time with the funny and good quality content - we'll always be here happily awaiting to enjoyyy ;p #winning
