Garnet Silk is one of the greatest sensation reggae has seen in resent times..i went to Garnet Setup and Funeral and i met with one of his Elder brother who wasn't his mother son..he told me that Garnet died hugging his mother..even the news said it..he said Garnet mother was laying down in the bed at the time of the fire..maybe asleep..so maybe that's why she get caught inside..he said when the other two brother's of Garnet run outside..they realise that Garnet and his mother was still inside..so they push a long piece of pipe inside for him to hold on to so they would draw him out..but fail to do so..i think when the fire started Silk rush and grab up his mother who was stil in the bed..so with fright she grag him aswell..so that's how they died hugging eachother..the other two brother's who was inside was treated at hospital for burns..one of them name is Nicky the next one..dont remember his name..and it was a one room house there was no kitchen..the cylinder was still there with a big hole at the side..i took two picture inside with a bredren..i think it was an accident..but it wasn't Garnet who was handling the gun..cause if somebody else admits to it they would go to prison..so blame Garnet he's already dead😢Garnet Silk gone from our eyes but not from our minds ❤❤💛💚💯💯🙏🙏

Shortly before his passing I was at a concert in Irie Bech in Ochi Rios which had Garnet, Everton Blender, Kulcha Knox, etc. I went to his funeral in Mandeville. And even saw the house that got burnt. It was sad. I always said it was more to his death and I strongly believe he was taken out because he was going to be HUGE! .. One time back then I even said to a friend of mine do you think another artiste had anything to do with it. Honestly, Garnet Silk was setup just like all of the other Jamaican Artists because he was a treath like Bob Marley, Peter Tosh and Lucky Dube. Why the hell would he brought two guns if he never used guns before. This proves that he didn't intend to use it but the people who he were with was. That's not absolutely true my friend. Until you get caught in a fire, you don't really know how easy it is to get disoriented and even to lose consciousness. Most of the time it's not the fire that got you, it's the smoke. That's what got me long ago when I was a teen. I got caught in a sugarcane field and lost consciousness. I was saved by people who were there and saw when everything went down. Another thing that people do not usually ponder is, the intense heat that came from a burning house. It literally cooks your organs inside before it even starts to burn your body. And the comment about how long it would take for a house to go up in flames, is wrong. My sister's house got burned out in 2018. It was a 8 apartment board and concert house. From what I was told, they saw smoke coming from my nephew's closet in the back room, possibly caused by batteries and coins in his pants pocket. Their first mistake was to open the door and windows to try let out the smoke. As Oregon rushed in, they told me that in less than 5 minutes, after seeing only smoke, the whole house was under fire. My sister said all she was able to do was run to her room, grab the bag with the documents and step outside. No clothes, no furniture, no money, nothing. I have also witnessed 3 other house fires in my life and one of them even cuts close to that of Garnet Silk. A man beat up a boy and the boy fire bombed the man's mother's house. The mother was blind and the man had to run into the house to save her. He did get her out, but she didn't make it. He also suffered some bad burns too. The only reason why he didn't die is because he wet himself up before sprinting in the house. I witnessed that entire thing went down because I was friendly with the man's niece and she lived in the same house. I was also by my brother's house which was just across the street. When I heard the scream, I know it was her and I ran outside just in time to see the boy running away. Between the time I got there the the man getting his mother out, was less than 2 minutes. The whole house was already engulfed. That too was a small house with only 3 rooms and a verandah. The heat was so intense, it melted the glass of the neighbors house. Instead of trying to save the burning house, which was already a lost cause, we have to focus on the neighbor's house to save it from going up too. The heat i felt going through my body that night, I thought that I would die from a stroke. So don't let nobody fool you. I do believe that Garnet and his mother died in that fire. ( Fun fact: the man's name was also Garnet) However, the story that I heard time after time was that it was his brother and friend who got the gun and not him. I was told that he wasn't happy that they had a gun in the yard and so he went to read his Bible. When he ran out, he thought that his mom was behind him, but when he found out that she didn't make it out, he returned. Not every story has to be a conspiracy. Sometimes it is what it is, even if doesn't make sense to you.

It’s a hard story to accept but a really so it go. The house is very little. I went to school by there and my mother was close friends with them. Hell I even dated his niece later on in life. People who were there talk the story. I haven’t been there in several years but you could still see the house as well as a memorial house they built for him. And you can indeed find out if someone was shot after being burnt. Sad story but true nonetheless.

Honestly, Garnet Silk was setup just like all of the other Jamaican Artists because he was a treath like Bob Marley, Peter Tosh and Lucky Dube. Why the hell would he brought two guns if he never used guns before. This proves that he didn't intend to use it but the people who he were with was. Now, if some one is going to show you how to use a gun that person must be an expert so why all of a sudden the guns went off a hit a gas tank in the kitchen. This means he was in the house with other people and no body tried to save he and his mother from the burning house. Besides, a two bed room board house is not that big. Plus, what happend to the guns it must have finger prints all over it and how much bullets was fired from the two guns.

Until you get caught in a fire, you don't really know how easy it is to get disoriented and even to lose consciousness.
Most of the time it's not the fire that got you, it's the smoke.
That's what got me long ago when I was a teen.
I got caught in a sugarcane field and lost consciousness. I was saved by people who were there and saw when everything went down.
Another thing that people do not usually ponder is, the intense heat that came from a burning house. It literally cooks your organs inside before it even starts to burn your body.
And the comment about how long it would take for a house to go up in flames, is wrong.
My sister's house got burned out in 2018. It was a 8 apartment board and concert house. From what I was told, they saw smoke coming from my nephew's closet in the back room, possibly caused by batteries and coins in his pants pocket.
Their first mistake was to open the door and windows to try let out the smoke. As Oregon rushed in, they told me that in less than 5 minutes, after seeing only smoke, the whole house was under fire.
My sister said all she was able to do was run to her room, grab the bag with the documents and step outside.
No clothes, no furniture, no money, nothing.
I have also witnessed 3 other house fires in my life and one of them even cuts close to that of Garnet Silk. A man beat up a boy and the boy fire bombed the man's mother's house.
The mother was blind and the man had to run into the house to save her. He did get her out, but she didn't make it. He also suffered some bad burns too. The only reason why he didn't die is because he wet himself up before sprinting in the house.
I witnessed that entire thing went down because I was friendly with the man's niece and she lived in the same house.
I was also by my brother's house which was just across the street. When I heard the scream, I know it was her and I ran outside just in time to see the boy running away.
Between the time I got there the the man getting his mother out, was less than 2 minutes. The whole house was already engulfed.
That too was a small house with only 3 rooms and a verandah.
The heat was so intense, it melted the glass of the neighbors house.
Instead of trying to save the burning house, which was already a lost cause, we have to focus on the neighbor's house to save it from going up too.
The heat i felt going through my body that night, I thought that I would die from a stroke.
So don't let nobody fool you. I do believe that Garnet and his mother died in that fire. ( Fun fact: the man's name was also Garnet)
However, the story that I heard time after time was that it was his brother and friend who got the gun and not him.
I was told that he wasn't happy that they had a gun in the yard and so he went to read his Bible. When he ran out, he thought that his mom was behind him, but when he found out that she didn't make it out, he returned.
Not every story has to be a conspiracy. Sometimes it is what it is, even if doesn't make sense to you.

It’s a hard story to accept but a really so it go. The house is very little. I went to school by there and my mother was close friends with them. Hell I even dated his niece later on in life. People who were there talk the story. I haven’t been there in several years but you could still see the house as well as a memorial house they built for him. And you can indeed find out if someone was shot after being burnt. Sad story but true nonetheless.
