It's awesome to see someone outside of aus looking at aussie tracks and this track is about 45 minutes from hahaha
I was making this not long ago but had file issues, nice to see someone finished it and it looks amazing
fellow Aussie here. just wanted to state that this track is extremely WFO on a 250 haha. it does get extremely rough at the end of the day with crazy deep ruts but in the morning its awesome.
like i said in the stream, hangtown was/is a one lined highway and a battle for who can hold the throttle longer and harder
Lynds, not sure who to pass my idea onto but I’m sure you might. A sand creek that switches back with transfers across the creek
I live very close to this track irl and it is always rough after half an hour or so
Cool to see my local track done 🙌 I remember the opening weekend was packed and they had no water down and most people had left by midday due to the intense dust bowl it became. It's primed these days and can highly recommend if you're ever in Victoria 🙌👍
Easy solution - make the ruts in corners choppy and edgy. Should significantly slow the game fown

Still a traction issue I think. Though Hang Town is a little too smooth compared to the irl counterpart since it look like all the riders were struggling to keep the rubber side down.
i enjoyed pala better aswell, on both 450 and 250, i found much better flow on pala than hangtown, and the jumps being more technical made them more satisfying to clear cleanly.
Personally I feel the same as you with pala and hangtown but pala was pretty 1 laned also very few spots to pass on the tracks especially corners there’s a fast line and it’s ether inside or outside ruts/berms. I think thunder valley is going to be the same, I’m still fairly new to mx bikes so im still pretty shit but if the ruts were deeper and had hooks ect I think it might level out a bit. Bikes suspension obviously needs a lot of work to keep it more grounded in the braking bumps. Keen to see what this week has to offer though, all the best💪🏾
Another thing i hope with the tracks is that they get the vibe right. I noticed that almost all of the GP tracks this year have had a really light color to them. It makes sense for pala and hangtown, but like thunder valley i hope they make the dirt really dark like IRL. Seems like its harder for them to do that, i thought that the trentino mxgp was way to light compared to IRL
Tracks just arent rough enough, make the ruts have hooks, bumps in them, make multiple lines work, at the moment theres 1 "meta" line on every track, make the whole track bumpier rougher and youll have slowed down better racing.
Ridepark is rougher in real life like it has 2-3 ruts and breaking pumpings going into a lot of corners. i love ridepark in real life but seeing this i dont think i would enjoy it just for how smooth it is. I might make a bit of a rougher version over the coming months im not sure
i feel like the tracks need to be wider and rougher like people moaned about lommel but i think thats how the tracks should be especially with these bikes
What we expect from Arl are extremely difficult tracks, almost impossible to ride, no track where you can drive like Formula 1

Negative. I get people want it to be rough and technical but at the end of the day it’s about how fun the track can be and therefore more people will wanna buy it.
It’s a simulator the complaints you are making are similar to what all the actual real life racers and riders were saying. High speed hard pack track that was a highway. As long as there is diversity throughout the year on other tracks it will be hard to complain as this will show who is the best of the best on each surface, track, and race style.

I thought hangtown was good, it was really fast and not too hard but thats how it was IRL, other than the downhills everyone was able to go pretty fast. I was also glad that most outside lines were fast considering we saw Deegan pass so many people on the outside in moto 1. The only thing i thought they should've done differently is had less premade ruts in the turns, most riders said that the IRL track allowed you to move around a lot, i thought most of the turns should've just had one far inside rut and then the far outside berm, with some of the corners having a smaller rut in the middle

Riders in real life aren’t railing the outsides for a reason. Track was ass one line the whole way around the track also makes it boring to watch. Was also a bummer to see you get screwed on the starts

@lynds im sorry i wasnt aware of this people were making this i live 5 minutes from this track ill tell you the full Ride park is located in Parwan, Victoria Australia the track you are riding on is the main track but there is 3 other tracks at ride park 1 turn track an intermediate track and a 50cc track inside a once was speedway next to parwan is a place i live in called bacchus Marsh and they have a motocross Track there for racing also the main track you are currently riding doesnt have start gates but the motocross track in bacchus marsh that is actually 1 minute drive from this place is for racing dear god i wish the people who made this contacted me also the people were not given permission to make this an actual thing so this track is actually illegally uploaded
