- On the very first episode of “Who’s on my house”, I had the pleasure of speaking to the beautiful @bimboademoyetv who’s an amazingly talented actress.
I'm so honoured that she was able to be open and vulnerable with me. We spoke about her personal experiences growing up and issues she has never really addressed to the public before.
We laughed, cried and felt a whole lot of different emotions through out this episode starting from her mum leaving at a really young age and leaving their dad to solely be responsible for herself and her siblings.
We also spoke about how she got into acting and what the industry has been like for her.

Bimbo is one of the nicest actress I have met in my life. I was so sick but even as a newbie, she took me to the pharmacy, bought me drugs, got me food in an eatery took me shopping, i well by force😂😂😂😂 that’s not all, this angel of a bimbo prayed for me. I will never forget her. Thank you Bimbo. I love you . God bless you for me with a man that will give you a love that goes deep to heal any wound you may have experienced. Hawa, you asked all the right questions and pulled us into Bimbo’s world. You reminded us all of why we actually love her a lot.
I feel like Bimbo is a direct mirror of me. From sharing the same birthday to having natural hair and a widow’s peak to how beautiful her heart is. I watched her give a fuel attendant 100k because he gave her extra fuel. That’s exactly what I would do🥺.Her self esteem issues speak to me because I was exactly like that, probably worse because I grew up in an abusive environment. Her agoraphobia, her privacy, her being very funny and goofy. I used to bed wet until late too. The way she sees and speaks about people is just the same way I do. How emotional she gets is how I am too. Feels like I’m watching myself in another body. I really really hope she sees this because she inspires me a lot, asides the fact that she’s my favourite actress. I relate to a lot of her life struggles, and I’d really just love to get a hug from my doppelgänger because I’m loosing it. Maybe a hug from my future self (bimbo)would be nice. And I hope one day we’d get to be on screen together. I really hope you show her this comment 🥺

The social anxiety root is from being locked up indoors as a child,same thing happened to me as a child and it took a while to work through. Also childhood experiences. May God bless you Bimbo ❤️
I am 53 and Bimbo is my go to when I want a good belly laugh and when I want to have a great day I think of the movies I have watched of her. My absolute favourite is Rofia Tailor Laurent. She makes my day.

I can totally relate with Bimbo's story, my own self esteem issues started from senior secondary school to the university level and boy it was tough.

Exactly 12 minutes in and I just had to subscribe. Love Hawa's interview style, it's very conversational without looking forced. I absolutely love Bimbo as well and I'm with Hawa on the the whole not watching movies in other languages because of having to read the subtitles but I did with Anikulapo without stress, lol.

Lovely conversation y’all had. It was good to hear about her life experiences. Maybe next time Hauwa allow your guests finish speaking before you get in a word. You interrupted her a lot and people can easily lose their train of thoughts with that.
My thoughts exactly. As good and confident as Hauwa was, I feel like her frequent interruptions choked out the oxygen from Bimbo's train, especially at that highly emotional point when Bimbo was exhaling. You shouldn't have cut her flow at all. I feel like; talking about it would have helped Bimbo more, especially as it is clearly evident that she is still healing. My personal opinion anyways.
Well said guys, you shouldn't interrupt and also allow yourself to soak in the moment. The emotional moments should mean something, don't just listen to respond to her just enjoy her time with you. As much as you have things to say, allow your guest have time to talk and express.

I really enjoyed this.. one thing for Hawa, and it’s because I’m similar.. work on being comfortable with people’s uncomfortable stories and not comforting them out of it, at least till they’re done expressing. It’s normal yes, but also a trauma response 😅 I’m very familiar.. but those moments are important. To get out, and to get heard.

Bimbo when you shed tears you made me tear too. I can relate to what you said. I understand that not everybody should know everything about you. But why and how can I discuss my struggle with you but when it comes to my financial wins, there is tension in the air like I'm doing too much. This has made me enter into a place of reflection.
