Yes, I agree. I'm hard pressed to think of a better all around platform for manual bending.

Oooh la la. That right angle piece... I want to cut one for my bender #4. You tick you could place it on a scanner for me and scan me a 1:1 of it?

      Sorry, I don't have a scanner. Unfortunately, each DI-ACRO bender uses a different radius block and I don't have a #4 bender.

    2 questions:
Where do you source your wire? I need to buy 1/16" - 5/32" in quantity
How do you cut your wire? I need to make hundreds of pieces - cutters are inefficient!

My last source before I retired was Laurel Wire Company. They can cut and straighten wire. Plus, they can centerless grind for a nice finish. I don't think they have a minimum order. If you decide to buy from them, tell Jackie I said Hi! She's very nice to work with.

If your bends need to be highly accurate, try to get US sourced wire from a single batch.

I use a DI-ACRO rod parter. If you set it up right you should be able to cut around 1000 1/8" pcs in a few hours.
