Great Idea. looking at how to invest next year, based on the returns of this year might be a bit tricky. Everyone feel like a genius investor this year.
Yes, I can confirm that, but you should have USD on your card not to incur conversion fees and of course your own bank might charge you, but eToro does not 👌
I love your video style and your investing ideas. Quick question- how do you move AED to brokers without huge international transfer fees? Ever considered Sarwa for this reason?
I love your channel and the fact that you are explaining all things matter in a way even a newbie (like myself) is able to understand! Kudos for that! I would love to see some kind of guidance on where and how to actually start investing for someone who has become increasingly more interested in this topic. I do feel like you already explained it all in your videos, however I’d love to see something extremely easily structured? Anyway, just keep up the great work!
Hi 👋 Great question. While there’s significant overlap between the S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100, especially in big tech names, there are key differences that can impact your portfolio's performance and diversification: Sector Composition: The S&P 500 is more balanced across sectors (tech, healthcare, consumer staples, etc.), while the Nasdaq 100 is heavily weighted toward technology and growth stocks. Holding both lets you adjust your exposure based on your risk tolerance and market outlook. Market Breadth: The S&P 500 includes 500 of the largest companies across various industries, whereas the Nasdaq 100 focuses on just 100 of the largest non-financial companies listed on the Nasdaq exchange. If you want broader market exposure, the S&P 500 covers more ground. Risk and Volatility: Nasdaq 100 tends to be more volatile because of its tech-heavy composition. Allocating different percentages allows you to control how much risk you're taking. By varying the weights, you can fine-tune your portfolio to prioritize growth (Nasdaq 100) or stability (S&P 500). It’s all about balancing risk and potential return. Cheers
On a completely different note. Did u get the chance to try redeeming your revpoints or revolut stays? Cause many people i know had kinda of an unpleasant experience with them so far
Hi and no I have not used them yet but can imagine must be a bit of a struggle. That's why I prefer simple cashback and use my Revolut Pro card mostly instead of RevPoints, just too confusing sadly. Cheers
Hi and yes, while my units are rented out, they are only 1 bedrooms so too small for us to live in so for now we rent, but hopefully buy eventually. Cheers
past performance doesn't equal future results! I'm 100 percent behind your approach of diversification. Also starting as soon as possible, and even small amounts compound over a long period. Great video Kai, and have a great Christmas.
hi Kai, I also use IB and I am based in Dubai. I can't seem to find an ETF that mirrors the NASDAQ 100, and is non-US domiciled. There is CNX1 on the platform, but it hedges USD/GBP exchange rate risk. Can you offer an alternative for this on IB?
How do you go about DCA in Bitcoin? also which platform do you use for Bitcoin? ++ will you be investing more over the Santa Period in your 2 ETF's or keeping your weekly investing amount the same? Great channel mate👏
WoW €10000 a month... Your a better person than me . Mortgage = Loan = Debt . I have almost 6 bitcoin now and wouid never borrow against any of shares . Let allow borrow against any of my assets. Loans only make banks and shares holders rich . Simple motto live below your means , will always make you rich . Greed is never good and you should be happy with what you have ! Debt is not what makes you rich , as you will always have a debt ! Yes there are good debts , still a debt! Just my opinion. My nephew loves living in Dubai and my brother as about 7 properties there for over 15 yeara now . I have none , as I have no interest in Dubai. I like my properties in central London, Jamaica and Poland. Where I have connections with people I trust. Keep the good work up . Iam sure you'll be in the millionaire club in the future. The first million is the hardest 👍🥂🥰🍾👻👻👻👻
Thanks Lawrence and I am still impressed with your portfolio, well done, and hope to get there eventually too even though reaching 6 Bitcoins at the current prices will take me a while 😉
Hi 👋 Thanks for the kind words-glad you enjoyed the video. As for MSTR (MicroStrategy), it’s essentially a leveraged Bitcoin play due to their massive BTC holdings. If you’re bullish on Bitcoin long-term and don’t mind the added risk of their business operations, it could be an interesting option. For something like COIN50, a crypto index can offer diversification across multiple tokens. However, keep in mind that most cryptos still move with Bitcoin, so diversification here is limited compared to traditional indices like the S&P 500. So for me I would stick with Bitcoin only in the Crypto space for time-being. Cheers
Great video! A quick question from a fellow European: what bank/broker do you use/ planning to use for your SBLOCs? I am wondering if most banks will accept my portfolio in Trading212 or do I need to move it to Interactive Brokers. What do you think? 😊
I really resonate with your way of thinking about investments, and I’ve been reflecting on the same thing recently-how my portfolio should look in the future. If we look at annual percentages and compare the S&P500 with Bitcoin, the difference between the two is significant. I was even considering focusing 100% on Bitcoin, but somehow, I don’t feel comfortable doing that, which is why I also invest in ETFs. Are you thinking of taking profits from Bitcoin, or do you prefer buying more when the price dips and investing for the long term?
Thanks a lot. Yes, Dubai is on the more expensive site for sure, but then again, we get to live and amazing life here so grateful for that. Makes you want to work harder and earn more, so that's good motivation 😉

You say you don't have credit card fees with etoro. Can you please confirm that?

Hi.
What is the point to have smp500 and nasdaq100 with different percentages, when many of the companies are the same?
Hi 👋
Great question. While there’s significant overlap between the S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100, especially in big tech names, there are key differences that can impact your portfolio's performance and diversification:
Sector Composition: The S&P 500 is more balanced across sectors (tech, healthcare, consumer staples, etc.), while the Nasdaq 100 is heavily weighted toward technology and growth stocks. Holding both lets you adjust your exposure based on your risk tolerance and market outlook.

Hi Kai, congratulations for one more excellent video!😃👏 Would you consider investing in MSTR or in an upcoming crypto index like COIN50?
Hi 👋
