Sunway Lagoon is an amusement park located in Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia owned by Sunway Group. It was opened on April 29, 1993 by Prime Minister YAB Dato' Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad and has since become a popular destination for tourists and locals alike.
The theme park covers 88 acres of land and features over 90 attractions spread across 5 adventure zones. Visitors come from all over the world to experience the thrills of this ultimate theme park. From water slides to roller coasters, there's something for everyone at Sunway Lagoon!

Yes. One of the best theme park in Malaysia and the adjacent sunway pyramid is one of the biggest shopping mall here with bowling centre,cinemas and ice skating rink.

Good one, mate. We are wondering about visiting Malaysia soon! Just curious - when was this filmed? Is the weather warm enough to just wear shorts all day? Also, how is Ramadan situation? Are most places closed? We are westerners and my kids need to eat immediately whenever they're hungry. Would that be a big problem? thanks!

Nah, Ramadan doesnt have as bigger affect on shops being open as say in Dubai, because the country is so ethically diverse, almost all the chinese and indian owned shops stay open, They may open slightly later but we had no trouble getting food during the day.

Glad your family had a great time at Sunway Lagoon. My children has been there but not we parents as we are afraid of heights and those scary rides. Home in Puchong is just 5 kilometres away. Sunway Pyramid big nice mall to explore and eat until you dropped

Have u guys been to Lost World of Tambun at Perak? They are the sister of Lagoon. There got Hotspring and their Wildlife Park are much superior. ❤

Hmm, I think splashmania would eb better due to the sheer number of slides. Sunwaylagoon is a bit dated and half the park is not thrill rides if that makes sense

Hey I wanted to plan my trip to sunway lagoon but as you said wanting to experience all 6 parks are quite overwhelming. May I know how long it takes to explore each of the parks? At what time do you go to the water park? What parks available at night other than night park?
Hi mate, the smaller parks i would say an hour, but the water park you could spend a whole day there.
The night park and part of the thrill ride park (roller coaster) are available at night, the rest close at 6pm

Hi Mate, Most are included in the park entry, Except for the Go Karts, Bungee Jumping & Reverse Slingshot (Why we didn't do them)
