Very nice review. Happy new year. Can’t wait to see more videos this year. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friend. Fab On. Weld On. Keep Making. God Bless.
Very Cool Doug, 😎 , I like the Video.
Talk soon Barry and Marlene
Nice demonstration. It is what it is 👍
I'd put the psi way up to 90 minimum
I have a 50amp machine and thick material really benefits from increased psi.
The guidelines given are dubious.
I have a generic CUT 50P plasma cutter that I've had for almost 5 years. It cuts 1/2" at 50 amps and 50 psi. You should look at Brandon Lunds youtube channel and look at his plasma cutter videos. He also has a page that gives the amps/psi to use for various settings.
Cool, Brandon was one of the first YT channels that I connected with
Great vid I just got one ,,But mine cuts without the ground clamp I wanted to know what the ground clamp is for ?
Ground clamp should be used for cutting. Surprised it worked without
Hello, Doug. So professional. Product maybe better for 'thinner' steels or lumber/plastic? Great honest review.
Thanks Barb, hope all is well
Its weird..... every time I try to plasma cut wood or plastic my ground clamp fails..

What size breaker are you using
To be honest, I can't recall. I'm out of the country right now but when I return in a few days I'll look. For the welders/plasma cutters I believe I'm using 50amp breakers but one may be a 30amp. I'll get back with you on that
They have a touch and a non touch pilot arc model. Which do you recommend and why? T.I.A.
Personally I prefer the touch, as I prefer to run the torch along the material
@@ArtfullyRogue Thank you
I've got this machine, sadly, it's honestly not very good.
So it's basically a junk machine. If it can't cut In a single pass then I would have to pass.
