ABOUT ME:
I'm old fashioned, a bushman and solo Overlander, exploring the Pilbara where I live and Australia as a whole. I'm teaching myself film making to share my travels and experiences with my 1 year old son so he can watch years from now. I'm also sharing them with you, many people will never get to see or go to the places I'm going so I hope you find them interesting. Enjoy the weekly videos, the solo eXpedition's into the Kimberley and the world longest and most remote 4WD track the 2000km Canning Stock Route. There is so much more to come and I'm excited to share it with you.
Join me as I take you around Australia and show you the best solo touring this country has to offer.
Hi Gavin,
So very glad you put this documentary together with this very interesting inclusion of your chats with Talis.
Definitely well worth doing/putting-in the inverview. I really like that it's very much like a behind-the-scenes expos'e.
So natural, unrushed and refreshingly relaxing (well for us mob who get to be included in by learning about Talis and Opal mining etc). Thankyou. Looking forward expectantly to the next segment. Plus what TheKenworthsar said. :)
Ouch!; didn't expect the pin Gavin. :) But thankyou. Take care with your travels, really do appreciate your style of presentation and the places you take us and things we learn. Good journeying. :)
I loved your comment, thank you so much
:D
Coober Pedy is one of my favourite places! Been there many times and can't wait to go back there! I'd love to go to Talis's mine and drive in there and look around!
Mad Max Thunder Dome comes to mind. What a cracking character Talis is, i could listen to him for hours. Nice work Gav. Cheers Moose.
Love it Gav, give us some more!
Great vid as always Gavin, i look forward to the next one.

How are the Grabber X3's working out?
Web Site not to shabby so far :)
Were the tests for Nuclear or atomic weapons?
Keith Haycraft Atomic but I'm a little fuzzy on the difference:)
The quality is degrading ...
André can't please everyone :)
Canning stock route, for example, is excellent.
André thank you, I'm a self taught film maker so I'm sure you can understand why I might try new styles or techniques from time to time :) its all trial and error finding my own style and learning from my mistakes
Gavin, We live in a free world but, as a former French rugby team manager said: "no changes are made to a winning team". I do not criticize for criticizing, I only emphasize that the quality is not the same, not only the images, the music that has deteriorated, is the content. Precisely, it was what distinguished your videos, the "others." For example, the CCR series is divine. Like all previous videos.
It's not because I think the quality has dropped, that I'll put it in the "dislike" and abandon your channel, cheers.
