What i really love about this is that you go directly on how to do it instead of talk around the subject, very awesome. So easy, thank you for the tip!
Hi Fawn, great video as always. I'm trying to make a cinematic lip sync video similar to what beeveekee does on TikTok. Could you please make a video with skills and tips to make external audio syncing look realistic? Thanks.
I don't have this version but i'll have to step up cos it looks good & more ideas! Thanks Fawn for this Tutorial" That's Fantastic work & knowledge God Bless ῧ
Because text isn’t as directly editable as it is in some other programs, exporting clips gives you that option. I learned export from one of your earlier videos and use that to “flatten” footage so it’s more usable in situations like these. One thing I would like to see is for Movavi to add the ability to curve the line line between keyframes and transitions. Right now if you want a zoom or transition to slow down or speed up within the transition, you have to play with multiple keyframes, which is difficult and never looks truly organic. Oh, and fix the camera shake feature. It’s awful. Great vid Fawn.
Absolutely couldn't agree more on the curve idea! Sometimes if I need something in my videos that Movavi cant do, I jump into Resolve and it is SO nice working with the editable spline to control the curves. Many times I'll avoid adding a zoom all together, because it can look so abrupt and jarring(in Movavi). Speed ramping curves would also be huge, but I do know the more extravagant features they add, the more they'll loose that beginner friendly feel and probably add much more demand on the users operating system. Thanks for checking out this video. Whenever I stop by your channel, I'm always impressed with the level of detail you put into each of your videos, plus the way you deliver the content is fantastic! 👏
@@fawnmyra makes sense… I’ve gone as far as taking text from some of the premade text options and using them because the motion programmed for them has that look you get from a spline curve. The “clean contrast” text animation (it reads “full hd production”) I have saved in my timeline, the box part is pushed off to the side, but I’ll use that text when I want a smooth on screen entry and exit. So that’s a little work around for text, but would love to see it for transitions. I’ve also noticed that text shadow does not fade (when using keyframes to fade out text) at the same rate as the text color. Ugh!
Hi Fawn, Great channel! I love Movavi and will soon add the 2024 upgrade. Question: I am a musician. I play live in front on a green screen. I can easily change the background as needed. The question is this: I want to take the video of myself playing a tune and be able to adjust the size down to a very small size. That way I can place myself performing a tune within various scenic video backgrounds. Does Movavi offer that? Thanks in advance for you time. Chris
Hey Chris! Thanks for the kind words and for tuning into the channel! Yes, Movavi 2024 certainly has the capabilities you're looking for. With the program, you can easily scale down your video of yourself playing in front of the green screen. After keying out the green, you can place your downsized video onto any scenic background you desire, giving the effect of you performing within those backgrounds. It's a super neat feature and can really elevate your performances. Best of luck with your music and enjoy experimenting with Movavi 2024!
@@fawnmyra Hi! I figured most of it out but the letters move in the opposite direction than your letters do. I saved the project though and will definitely continue to watch your videos!
It's all in the keyframes. To achieve the opposite zoom effect, reverse the order of your keyframes. Make your initial keyframe instructions identical to your current last keyframe, and vice versa. This approach will invert the zoom effect.
Hi, just upgraded to Movavi 2024 and I found your channel to help me learn some new tricks. How the heck did you get that reverse barn door opening? I tried to reverse the barn door on Movavi but I can't figure it out! Thanks!
Hey there! Glad you found this channel! For the reverse barn door effect, I animated two black backgrounds to slide apart from the center using basic animation. Give it a go and let me know if you have any questions. Always here to assist! 😊
Hi, Fawn. Please help me. My only difficulty using Movavi is how to produce a good/high quality of the video but with small file size. is there any tutorial?
Hey! To get the best video quality with the smallest file size in Movavi, it's important to focus on a few key settings. Set your resolution to 1080p if your audience is primarily watching on smaller screens, like phones or tablets, since 4K can be overkill. Adjust the bitrate to around 8-12 Mbps for 1080p, which gives you great quality without inflating file size. Use the H.264 codec for the best compression that maintains quality while keeping the file size manageable. Finally, stick with the frame rate you shot the video in, usually 24 or 30 fps, to avoid unnecessary file bloat. These settings will keep your video looking sharp without taking up too much space! I'll try to make a video on this soon. Thanks for reaching out!
Thanks for this tip. We all miss your helpful videos. Your videos are better than those from Movavi, which recently only talk about getting more viewers. I am still using the "circle crop" video technique.
Hey! That's a fun idea. Because of the current limitations of this software, it cannot be done in Movavi alone, at least not yet. I'll try to make a video on creating this effect in the future. Thanks for the idea!😃
Following along perfectly until you went to enlarge the text to fill the screen. You lost me, i right clicked to edit the keyframe but i cannot figure out how to enlarge the text. Please help
Without a mouse/scroll wheel, you'll have to stretch the text over in the preview window using the handles at the corners. Obviously, the text needs to be stretched a lot, so doing this way will take multiple times of you clicking and dragging at the corner handle (enlarging the text), repositioning the text frame so you can access the handle again, then stretching the text further, and so on... If you'll be editing frequently from your laptop, I'd highly suggest getting a compatible mouse with a scroll wheel. Good luck!
