Hey Jay! How cool can it get, a PBB duplex construction video, and a Jay's Way behind the scenes duplex construction video. Twice the fun in one day.
I got the chance to work with the N.C. Baptist men after Hurricane Sandy. Awesome group every day was a laugh but they worked their tails off and did so much good.
I'm an engineer and was taught in my apprenticeship to "Measure twice, Cut once", way back in 1972. I know the same saying is still used in many different trades. We've seen how things turn out when even the most skilled worker on Jay's Way forgets it 😅😂. Loving these irreverent looks at the building trade, thanks Jay, be safe and well ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So what about that sheet seam where all the shiners were? There’s a whole sheet there that has no edge nailing. I’m sure y’all fixed it but that ol 1-1/2” off layout really messes up the sheet layout 😅
