the GPU is supposed to be maxed out, it just means it's running at it's full capability. If you unlock frames, the GPU works as hard as it possibly can to give you as many frames as possible
You can't. The game has a component restriction where it scans your PC registers and if you don't have a graphics card or processor in its list of allowed components it will simply close the game with the phrase "Upgrade your device".

i get around 112-120 with a 3060ti. i have a i7. i just capped the game at 100 so its not being constantly pushes to its max. i get crashes sometimes. I'm also on a 4k monitor so idk if that's the issue but I don't think so cause my games would crash when I had a 1080 144hz monitor

Me and my friend same prob runs with 144 fps an drops down in a sec and in the other is going to 144 again
Upgrading from 16gb to 32 gb ram solved all stuttering for me

I have an old RX480 and an i7 4790k and I can run it. Didn't even prompt me for an upgrade.
yes You can, i play with my 1070, which is almost as your GPU. There's no big difference. i get 80-100 fps but you have to bypass system req

3070 user here and it drops when nearing other players, in house and anywhere it wants to lag.
