Very informative video! Is a percentage with the owner of the establishment normal? if so, what would be a fair percentage or do you keep looking for another location.
Yes cut them a percentage fair to you and them that you will profit from remember you’re bringing them the service and more money look out for you first

The ATM machines in other states do you use cash vaulting companies to load and unload cash and service the machine. 1200 machines he can't do it all himself.
Obviously he cant manage 1200 machines himself.... Tf kind of question is that?

"Make" should be EBITDA, or EBIT, or NPAT.. some sort of net income measure right!? Not gross revenues..
