This song is like one of the very very few song that could make me cry headbang, the lyrics hits deep for me cause YUI-METAL and Fujioka-san, it breaks my heart 10 times out of 10 R.I.P Mikio Fujioka, you'll always be the starlight in our nights And good luck to Yui, you'll be the stars in our skies And we'll all be the stargazers ❤
Great reaction. I'm sure the Trilogy of Lights has been explained already, but I think it is worth repeating - these were the last 3 songs on the Metal Galaxy album. They describe the stages of mourning we go through after losing somebody close. 'Starlight' is about the initial shock and grief. 'Shine' is about acceptance and coming to terms with the loss (I hope you will also watch the Legend M performance, that one is extra special - just Su, Moa and a guitar on stage and Moa's choreo is incredibly moving and emotional). 'Arkadia' is about looking to the future and better times to come. It has never been said by anybody associated with BABYMETAL, but most fans believe the trilogy is a tribute to Kami Band guitarist Mikio Fujioka (RIP) who tragically died in January 2018 after falling from an observation deck where he had been stargazing ... it is just fan speculation, but it is hard to believe there isn't something in it, especially given the lyrics of 'Starlight' - "Wherever we are we'll be with you We'll never forget shining starlight Wherever you are live in my heart We'll never forget shooting star" and the Legend M performance in particular of 'Shine' would also suggest there is something in it. 'Starlight' was also released on the same day in October 2018 that Yui announced she would be leaving the band and Su has said she thinks of Yui and how she would have danced to this song, so maybe the tribute is for her as well. Only the Fox God knows. I will just echo RoadRunner's comment - "At this point, you need to end the trilogy first. And then you can go to Su's acoustic versions (or "unfinished" as they call it): "Akatsuki" (Unfinished ver. live at Legend 1997), "Monochrome" (Unfinished version) on The First Take channel, and "The ONE" (Unfinished ver.) I recommend the "Stairway to living legend" version rather than the one on the First Take."
I would have to totally agree with Grington300 300 about the stairway version vs the first take version. I do enjoy the first take version, but I feel it cuts off much too early and leaves a sense of needing more song. It feels like you're JUST starting to really enjoy the song, and then you find out that it's over already. Stairway version is beautiful too.
@@d.mcraze6296 There is another female vocalist who is also very good at bringing out the emotions. Her name is Morissette Amon. Check out her song could you be messiah. She doesn't do metal, but she does a little rock, and the classic genres more. She is another amazing vocalist.
Nice reaction, thanks! "Starlight" is the first song of the "Trilogy of Lights" which is about the stages of mourning or grief. It's about the first stages: denial and anger. The other two songs of the trilogy are "Shine" and "Arkadia" and were composed after the sad and tragic events happened in late 2017 and 2018 with Yui leaving the group due to health issues and Mikio Fuijoka's untimely decease after suffering an accident while stargazing. He was one of the guitarists with the Kami Band (BABYMETAL's backing band). With this information you can easily relate the lyrics to Mikio (RIP, Ko-Gami). So, "Starlight" is considered by the fans (unofficially) a tribute to him and probably to Yui as well since she also loved to stargaze. At this point, you need to end the trilogy first. And then you can go to Su's acoustic versions (or "unfinished" as they call it): "Akatsuki" (Unfinished ver. live at Legend 1997), "Monochrome" (Unfinished version) on The First Take channel, and "The ONE" (Unfinished ver.) I recommend the "Stairway to living legend" version rather than the one on the First Take. Until next time! 🤘🦊
I always had the impression that "Shine" was dedicated to Mikio's passing. Espec once you see the Legend M performance with Moa playing/dancing around that acoustic guitar. Which legend has it was once his. Or at the very least the same model as his.
@@yolandria And you are probably right. After all, the whole trilogy is inspired by his loss. And the Legend M performance is quite explicit as you mentioned.
@@road-runner I'm biased in a sense as I think this song is//also dedicated to Yui, since she is an admitted Star Gazer, albeit maybe not as serious as Mikio who viewed them through a telescope.
Nice to see you're back with more BM songs, it's been a while. Fans are enjoying the Australian Tour, but so far we don't think this song and set will be part of it. Starlight is part of the officially titled Trilogy Of Lights, a set of songs to represent the ongoing cycle of birth, death and rebirth, but fans took this set unofficially as a tribute to Mikio Fujioka, beloved Kami Band guitarist, and YuiMetal withdrawal, both events in 2018, sadly. Both love stargazing, but Mikio Fujioka died days after falling from an observatory deck. R.I.P. Mikio 🙌 Fly high YuiMetal, tomato princess 🍅♥️. Songs in order are: - Starlight - Shine - Arkadia This is a live compilation of several live performances between 2019 - 2020, all of them with the "avenger" backup dancers system filling the third spot after YuiMetal left the group, in this case Momoko Okazaki (MomoMetal like you said now) and Riho Sayashi are part of these clips. You can find the full set live at Legend Metal Galaxy 2020, but there's a special version of Shine live at Legend M 2019 MoaMetal's 20 Birthday, with the only two of them performing this song, a very special and beautiful moment. You have a couple of songs with acoustic style, here's some suggestions to start and compare teenage SuMetal and grown up vocals. - Akatsuki Unfinished Version live at Legend 1997, look for the Widescreen version safe to react at "Kitsune Sama". - Monochrome Piano Version at The First Take channel, this one is from the new album. I recommend to listen the original version as well of course. See you next time 🦊🤘❤
Hi from San Francisco California Babymetal 💕 🤟 I'm a healthcare worker since 2017. When covid happened, all the people I've seen pass away, This song helped me release the stress and anxiety form all the dramatic experiences I've faced. I remember always listening to this song before my shift as a way to embrace and honor all the patients who unfortunately did not make it. Thank you babymetal ❤
From Dusk till Dawn is good and Monochrome piano version is just Queen Su and Princess Moa and a piano. Beautiful. Also Akatsuki the unfinished version is young Su 16-17 years old and is EMOTIONAL. BRING TISSUE!
If you really want to hear Su's pristine vocals, I recommend Monochrome piano version on The First Take. It's just Su, Moa, a piano, some strings and just a little bit of backup singing. It's wonderful, and it really shows off Su's beautiful voice.
this song was dedicated to one of the band members liked by everyone that passed away while stargazing. There was a time i couldn't listen to it without ugly crying. "Fly higher in the night (Like a stargazer) Fly higher in the sky (Like a stargazer) Wherever we are, we'll be with you We'll never forget shining starlight"
These ladies were born to do this, it's been so much fun to see them on the journey. They came within a razor's edge of hanging it up it seems like, after Yu-Metal tapped out, but the current incarnation with Momo is the best it's every been. It's become something so emotional and unique, I absolutely love them.
Good react again, beauty. You definitely need to see the performance of "From dusk till down". SU's voice is just perfect! See you at the next, Megitsune! 🤘🦊🔥🔥🔥
Certainly true at the time you posted this, but the recent addition of Momoko is already changing that. Momobanger, Ratata and Metali live shows have Momoko displacing vocal tracks with the real thing. I cannot wait to see how that will impact tracks in a new studio album.
Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。 If you want to listen to Su's vocal with minimal rendition, please try - BABYMETAL - Monochrome - Piano ver. / THE FIRST TAKE -. You will come to reconfirm her vocal ability without doubt. I also look forward to your live experience of BM during this fall's North American tour. (Two gigs in Canada). Ms. Hitomi Nishiyama, a jazz pianist and BM fan, pointed out how well-crafted "Starlight" is. The main part of the melody uses only "do, re, mi, fa, so (C, D, E, F, G) and vowel of the long tone is mostly 'A [ʌ]' sound. She believes that the composer created it intentionally [Japanese Magazine "Headbang" vol. 24, Page 121 (an interview with Saki, Nemophila)]
Not sure if you've covered a new song called 'Monochrome' ? There is a version called 'First Take' where artists are invited to do a song purely stripped back accompanied by piano , strings and backing vocalists - Moa is there doing her bit too, but I highly recommend it. I saw the full band version of Monochrome last month at Wembley - super impressive 😃. But this is definitely what you're after if you want to hear Su stripped back! Other than that , her Babymetal solo numbers such as - No Rain no Rainbow - Amore - Akatsuki - and Rondo of Nightmare 😊Take good care of yourself 😃
Nice reaction! Su’s vocals is so beautiful! I think you should react to both versions of the song Monochrome in order to you can realize the contrast in both versions (album version & piano version-The First Take).
look for "BABYMETAL - THE ONE - Unfinished ver. / THE FIRST TAKE" and also "BABYMETAL - Monochrome - Piano ver. / THE FIRST TAKE"... it's going to make you... feel.
There are also great performances by Su from her days in Actor School Hiroshima. I first and foremost recommend "Suzuka Nakamoto - Otoshimono" from 2011, when she was 13 years old. Another good performance is "Suzuka Nakamoto - Asu He No Tobira" from 2008, when she was 10. There are more and even as a duo with her sister Himeka, but these two performances stand out to me. I think you will like them if you're interested in Su as a singer and what she has done outside of BABYMETAL.
Speaking of genre, they have done so many genre mixed with their own style. Here recommended BM song listed by genre Speed Metal: - Akatsuki - Headbanger - Amore - Arkadia - Ijime Dame Zettai - Road Of Resistance Metal Ballads - No Rain No Rainbow Progressive Metal - Tales Of The Destinies - Rondo Of Nightmare - Mirror Mirror Hardcore - Catch Me If You Can Skacore - Yava Trash Metal - Give Me Chocolate Metalcore - Megitsune - Monochrome - Karate Black/Death Metal - Sis Anger - Death Nu Metal - BxMxC Symphonic Metal - Divine Attack - Metal Kingdom - Starlight Industrial/Electronic Metal - PaPaYa - Maya - Metalizm - Iine - Headbanger Night Of 15 Mix Try line (iine) and lets see your expression. Waiting for your next choice 😁
Definitely need to finish the trilogy of lights first, next "Shine" then "Arkadia", then can move on to some of Su's acoustic "unfinished" song versions or The First Take performances. This lineup is the current lineup of Su, Moa, and Momo. Older performances will be Su, Moa, and original member Yui who left due to health issues not long after Mikio's tragic passing from an incident while Stargazing, hence the trilogy of Lights.
If you are a singer, this is a way of singing that invites interest. Even we fans were surprised that SU-METAL sang well with back voice and high notes. From Dusk Till Dawn. (Budokan 2021 Live)
They have many song that su-metal sing with beautifull voice. "Monochrome" in The F1rst Take "No Rain, No Rainbow" "Light and Darkness" "Akatsuki" "Rond of Nightmare" "From Dusk Till Dawn" cf. 中元すず香(11-13 yo before su-metal) pops song: "オトシモノ" in ASH(acters school hiroshima) pops song:"明日への扉" in ASH
Babymetal are a band that I'd heard of for nearly a decade, but I didn't start listening to them regularly until this year, with their new 2023 album. Now we have this song, that's completely new to me.. and I see I really need to dive deeper into their earlier albums.
Nice reaction!! This is the first song in the Trilogy of light. Next, I recommend listening to Shine and Arkadia in succession! MOMOMETAL joined on 4/1 and was one of the avengers (helpers) at the time of this costume. And I think the Avengers in this video are KANOMETAL and RIHOMETAL (sorry if I'm wrong). From Japan🦊
2018 was most of the darkest and saddest year in Babymetal history. The tragic death of Mikio Fujioka hit us THE ONE. Also Yui's departure was nail in the coffin for us. I thought it was the end of Babymetal, thank god SU and MOA didn't give up and continue this wonderful journey.. KITSUNE UP!🦊🤘
Hello...Su was a child Prodigy vocalist singing on Britain's got talent when she was very young.....its been enjoyable to listen to her voice mature over the years and now is one of the best female rock vocalist out there. Take a listen to her incredible performance in Kagerou live indoor performance with Kami band intro....my favorite Babymetal song and often is over looked. Then, off the the new album The One. The opening songs MV Metal Kingdom is absolutely a vocal masterpiece !!!!!!
If you want to really hear Su’s clear vocals I’d suggest reacting to Monochrome First Take. But another great reaction would be Metalizm! That’ll give some perspective on the variety of BM songs🔥
STARLIGHT. Included in BABYMETAL's third studio album “METAL GALAXY” (October 11, 2019). Lyrics by METAL SAINTS Music composed by MEGMETAL(MEG) and METAL SKYWALKER Arranged by MEG METAL(MEG) Produced by KOBA-METAL (Kei Kobayashi) We’re going far beyond time and space to unleash it all Far away And we'll keep on running far away Run away (This time we're taking our bout to the North) (The wind blows, the wind blows) Fly higher in the sky (Like a star gazer) Fly higher in the night (Like a star gazer) Starlight, Starlight, The light shines through the darkness and beyond Starlight, Starlight We keep searching for you, we'll run through everywhere Get away The fragments of past memories inside me déjà vu, déjà vu, and Fade away (This time we're taking our bout to the North) (Dreaming now, dreaming now) Fly higher in the light (Like a star gazer) Fly higher in the sky (Like a star gazer) Starlight, Starlight, They're shining their dazzling light on that place Starlight, Starlight (Wherever we are, we'll be with you) (We'll never forget shining starlight) (Wherever you are, live in my heart) (We'll never forget shooting star) (Wherever we are, we'll be with you) (We'll never forget shining starlight) (Wherever you are, live in my heart) (We'll never forget shining star) Fly higher in the sky Fly higher in the night Fly higher in the sky Starlight shining in the night
yep i had the same reaction when the first chorus comes in, just smile cause its so nice it almost makes u happy teary eyed kinda ironic since this is not a song that has a particularly happy back story...
Yup, even given The OTHER ONE outstanding album, I think the Trilogy of Light still is the apex of BM production, Starlight, Shine and Arkadia paint such a beautiful path through pain and joy, it's so touching, especially Shine, such a powerful song. Everything fits together as in a clockwork, choreo, lyrics, music and of course singing. They played it all straight, in the right order, only once at Makuhari Messe, but have performed the three songs many times. 🤘🦊⚡️
Check out Su and Moa performing an acoustic version of Monochrome on The First Take. That's about as minimal and clear as you can find. It's mesmerizing to just watch Su shape her mouth as she sings. Her technique is immaculate.
On Dec 30th 2017, Mikio Fujioka (Ko-Gami, or the little guitar god), guitarist for BABYMETAL, fell from an observation deck while stargazing and was severely injured, subsequently Mikio died on January 5th 2018 while hospitalized. Fujioka was just 36 years old and left behind a wife and two daughters. It is widely believed that this song "STARLIGHT' is a tribute to Mikio, and in addition the song was released on Oct 19, 2018, the day that original member, Yui Minzuno or Yuimetal, officially announced that she was leaving BABYMETAL. (excerpt) Wherever we are, we'll be with you We'll never forget shining starlight Wherever you are, you live in my heart We'll never forget shooting star Wherever we are, we'll be with you We'll never forget shining starlight Wherever you are, you live in my heart We'll never forget shining star Fly higher in the sky Fly higher in the night Fly higher in the sky Starlight shining in the night Kitsune dao!
Nice reaction. Moametal has been with Su-metal from the start of Babymetal. Going all the way back to when they were the subunit of Sakura Gakuin known as the heavy music club. While Su is the leader and the one the group was built around. IMO somehow, I always felt that Moa was the pillar of the group. That member who holds it all together for everyone. Every band needs that member if they're going to last. Babymetal went through a lot in 2018. It gets referred to as the dark ages by fans. Mostly because they also did a show called the Dark night Carnival. The show was better than the year they were having. When it comes to Babymetal, it so far has been no matter what they're going through. They will give the best performance they possibly can. Yui left due to undisclosed health issues, Mikkio tragic death, One of the drummers brother pass away as well. They grew up fast that year. Su said she use to sing this song angry. And we can understand why. But as their outlook on life is No Rain No Rainbows. All this happened when around the time of their third album release. And it broke records. The highest billboard charted artist from Japan in both the USA and UK. Coming in at 13 on the USA charts. The previous record was a long time ago in the late 1950's and charted in the 50's. Sadly I forget the guys name. Next up you have to do Shine from Legend M concert. With Just Su and Moa. These two made the stars feel emotions that night. The Foxhole is deep and full of surprises.
Great reaction! If you want to hear Mostly just Su Metal there are a few recommendations.... Monochrome The piano version from the First Take RUclips channel (THIS IS THE ULTIMATE EXAMPLE OF HER POWER! lol) No Rain No Rainbow Akatsuki Unfinished Version The One Unfinished version Stairway to living Legned Enjoy!
As the part of Yui team ❤❤❤ i hope you reacts more of the original babymetal songs for the next such as Catch Me If You Can (one of the best), Awadama Fever (the best instrumental, best melody, best choreography, best lyric, the most fun), all 4 of Black Babymetal songs, list go on.... The original babymetal is a pure gold in the metal universe..!! Since Yui's departure iam not a fans of new babymetal both the performances and the songs but i still can appreciate two of their songs (only) the Bxmxc and Arkadia because these songs has very very very good instrumental.
please listen to their shine live ... it is a similar vibe to this sometimes but with a lot acoustic parts... and you might see moa play guitar in that song ^^
you had mentioned you wanted a suggestion of a babymetal song with more vocals, you should take a look at The First Take version of "monochrome". its a piano version
This is an out right lie and not to be believed Babymetal and no one affiliated with Babymetal on or off the recorded has said this song has any meaning for anyone. To claim its was written for Mikio is head canon and to sell it as a fact is pathetic and an out right lie not to ever be looked at with respect.
So hard to get through this song. RIP Mikio.
RIP Mikio Fujioka
This song is like one of the very very few song that could make me cry headbang, the lyrics hits deep for me cause YUI-METAL and Fujioka-san, it breaks my heart 10 times out of 10

"Distortion" (2018)
"Starlight" (2018)
"Elevator Girl" (2019)
Background and release:-
"Starlight" was first teased on October 4, 2018, as part of a trailer for Babymetal's first graphic novel, Apocrypha: The Legend of Babymetal (2018). The song was briefly made available on the band's official RUclips channel on October 18, 2018 before being made unavailable. The song was officially released the following day, along with the official announcement of Yui Mizuno's departure from the band.
Su-metal has stated she enjoys singing the high parts in the middle of the track, linked to the choreography.
It is widely speculated by fans that the song is meant to be a tribute to Mikio Fujioka, a former live guitarist for the band who died earlier that same year.
Composition:-
"Starlight" was described as "pretty djenty" by Greg Kennelty of Metal Injection. Scott Munro of Metal Hammer commented that the song "starts off slowly but soon kicks into a frantic pace, complete with catchy chorus, thundering drums and slabs of crunching guitars", while Billboard called it a "ferocious and heavy melody that explores their signature hybrid of metal riffs and infectious vocal attacks".
Reception:-
"Starlight" debuted at number 41 on the Billboard Japan Hot 100 for the week of October 29, 2018, with 1,150 first-week equivalent units. The following week, the song rose to number 24, with 1,637 equivalent units. Due to being released exclusively in a digital format, the song charted at number nine on the Oricon Digital Singles chart for the week October 28, 2018, with first-week downloads of 8,666 copies. In the United States, "Starlight" debuted at number seventeen and four on the Billboard World Hard Rock Songs and Billboard World Digital Songs charts, respectively, for the week November 3, 2018.
"SHINE"
The guitar which Moametal plays is a replica if not is one of Mikio Fujioka acoustic guitar 🎸. It represents the Analogy of Mikio Fujioka who passed away and Yuimetal who left Babymetal. Starlight is about remembering, Shine is about acceptance and Arkadia is looking forward to the future. Kitsune Up 🦊🦊🦊🤘🤟
'Shine' is about acceptance. Su-Metal and Moametal accepted the fact that Mikio Fujioka is watching over Babymetal and Yuimetal is no longer with Babymetal. Even though Moametal doesn't really playing the guitar which she could, the mood of which this song captivate and portray is mesmerising. Su-Metal and Moametal performed this song for each other and for current and former members of Babymetal. The acoustic guitar which Moametal plays is one of Mikio replica if not his collection which Mikio have. They are leaving the memories that Babymetal created together but not forgotten. Great reaction always. Kitsune Up 🦊🦊🦊🤘🇯🇵🇸🇬

ARKADIA:-
Arkadia is a very sad song by BABYMETAL but with a tempo of 100 BPM. It can also be used double-time at 200 BPM. The track runs 5 minutes and 19 seconds long with a C♯/D♭ key and a major mode. It has high energy and is not very danceable with a time signature of 4 beats per bar. "Road Of Resistance" is a battle cry and ready for war but "Arkadia" is a more of a victory after a long battle and looking forward to a better future. BABYMETAL is relentless and you have to give respect to Metal drummers for the stamina and endurance given by them in every concert.
Arkadia
Song by BABYMETAL
Lyrics Overview:-
Dwell in a small chest
嗚呼小さな胸に宿る
The pieces that light the fire in the dark
暗闇に火を灯す欠片は
Dazzling light
嗚呼眩しく光纏い
Shine shines in the moment
輝きは刹那に迸る
Glorious, you just be ambitious!
Glorious, you just be ambitious!
Proudly raise the flag
誇り高く旗を掲げて
Glorious, you just be ambitious!
Glorious, you just be ambitious!
Holding a piece of star
星の欠片を抱いて
Now For your dream, for your faith, for your life
今 For your dream, for your faith, for your life
The map of the future that has begun to move is in you
動き始めた未来の地図は君の中にある
Now No more tears, no more pain, no more cry
今 No more tears, no more pain, no more cry
Far away from that light
あの光の彼方へ遥か遠く
Aim for the dream Arcadia
目指すは夢のアルカディア
Faster than light and stronger than steel
光より速く鋼より強く
Don't be afraid of your mission
使命の道に怖れなく
No matter how much darkness is covered
どれほどの闇が覆い尽くそうと
Let's walk this way we believed
信じたこの道を歩こう
For your dream, for your faith, for your life
For your dream, for your faith, for your life
The songs of the era when they started to move resonate with dreams
動き始めた時代の歌は夢に響き合う
Now No more tears, no more pain, no more cry
今 No more tears, no more pain, no more cry
Far away to the land of that oath

i love the babymetal community. someone is ALWAYS in the comments dropping all the lore and I appreciate it every time
Nice to see you're back with more BM songs, it's been a while.
R.I.P. Mikio 🙌
Fly high YuiMetal, tomato princess 🍅♥️.
Songs in order are:
- Starlight
- Shine
- Arkadia
This is a live compilation of several live performances between 2019 - 2020, all of them with the "avenger" backup dancers system filling the third spot after YuiMetal left the group, in this case Momoko Okazaki (MomoMetal like you said now) and Riho Sayashi are part of these clips.
See you next time 🦊🤘❤
Please read thiss
Hi from San Francisco California
Babymetal 💕 🤟
I'm a healthcare worker since 2017. When covid happened, all the people I've seen pass away,
This song helped me release the stress and anxiety form all the dramatic experiences I've faced.
I remember always listening to this song before my shift as a way to embrace and honor all the patients who unfortunately did not make it.
Thank you babymetal ❤
YES!!! more Babymetal! can't wait for your reaction! 😍
"Fly higher in the night (Like a stargazer)
Fly higher in the sky (Like a stargazer)
Wherever we are, we'll be with you
We'll never forget shining starlight"
These ladies were born to do this, it's been so much fun to see them on the journey. They came within a razor's edge of hanging it up it seems like, after Yu-Metal tapped out, but the current incarnation with Momo is the best it's every been. It's become something so emotional and unique, I absolutely love them.
Good react again, beauty. You definitely need to see the performance of "From dusk till down". SU's voice is just perfect! See you at the next, Megitsune! 🤘🦊🔥🔥🔥
9:35 I think you would love Su-metal Monochrome performance on The First Take channel or Akatsuki Unfinished ver from live Legend 1997
Growls and stuff like that in Babymetal songs are always part of a backing track. Never done live.
Certainly true at the time you posted this, but the recent addition of Momoko is already changing that. Momobanger, Ratata and Metali live shows have Momoko displacing vocal tracks with the real thing. I cannot wait to see how that will impact tracks in a new studio album.
I haven't seen any live performances of Metali where the growls are live
Perfect timing! React to Babymetal First Take MONOCHROME piano version. Your wish is granted.
Su-Metal pure--> Monochrome on first take ! ;)
Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。 If you want to listen to Su's vocal with minimal rendition, please try - BABYMETAL - Monochrome - Piano ver.
To me this song has the absolute perfect contrast/combination of beauty and heavy 🤘🦊🤘
finally, my fav band🤘
look for "BABYMETAL - THE ONE - Unfinished ver. / THE FIRST TAKE" and also "BABYMETAL - Monochrome - Piano ver. / THE FIRST TAKE"... it's going to make you... feel.
Would definitely recommend the First Take Monochrome.
Agree with that surrgestion or any Su solo 😁🤘🏼🦊
+1,000
Please
Monochrome piano ver. OMG i'm feeling relaxing
Here recommended BM song listed by genre

- Akatsuki
- Headbanger

- Headbanger Night Of 15 Mix
Try line (iine) and lets see your expression.
Love your hair highlighting. Best coloring ever
Just goosebumps and tears.
If you are a singer, this is a way of singing that invites interest. Even we fans were surprised that SU-METAL sang well with back voice and high notes.
From Dusk Till Dawn.

They have many song that su-metal sing with beautifull voice.

"No Rain, No Rainbow"
"Light and Darkness"
"Akatsuki"
"Rond of Nightmare"
"From Dusk Till Dawn"

Babymetal are a band that I'd heard of for nearly a decade, but I didn't start listening to them regularly until this year, with their new 2023 album. Now we have this song, that's completely new to me.. and I see I really need to dive deeper into their earlier albums.
Unlike most bands... the well does not run dry... I think maybe the lead singer has something to do with that.
From Japan🦊
F1rst Take - Monochrome. Piano version. Just the girls and a piano. Gorgeous.
here's what u're looking for
This one is just beautiful!!! Fascinating
KITSUNE UP!🦊🤘
Nice react 🤘
IM NOT CRYING, YOU'RE CRYING!
Hello...Su was a child Prodigy vocalist singing on Britain's got talent when she was very young.....its been enjoyable to listen to her voice mature over the years and now is one of the best female rock vocalist out there. Take a listen to her incredible performance in Kagerou
live indoor performance with Kami band intro....my favorite Babymetal song and often is over looked. Then, off the the new album The One.
The opening songs MV Metal Kingdom is absolutely a vocal masterpiece !!!!!!
If you want to hear her then Monochrome First take or maybe Akatsuki unfinished (love both)
There is a One take performance of Monochrome with only Su and Moa. Piano only. No Metal instruments
If you want to really hear Su’s clear vocals I’d suggest reacting to Monochrome First Take. But another great reaction would be Metalizm! That’ll give some perspective on the variety of BM songs🔥
good choice,good reaction
Love your reaction❤
As someone who've been to their Hong Kong show, they truly are better live!
Babymetal - Monochrome Piano Version The First Take
STARLIGHT.
Included in BABYMETAL's third studio album “METAL GALAXY” (October 11, 2019).
Lyrics by METAL SAINTS
Music composed by MEGMETAL(MEG) and METAL SKYWALKER
Arranged by MEG METAL(MEG)
Produced by KOBA-METAL (Kei Kobayashi)
We’re going far beyond time and space to unleash it all
Far away
And we'll keep on running far away
Run away
(This time we're taking our bout to the North)
(The wind blows, the wind blows)
Fly higher in the sky (Like a star gazer)
Fly higher in the night (Like a star gazer)
Starlight, Starlight,
The light shines through the darkness and beyond
Starlight, Starlight
We keep searching for you, we'll run through everywhere
Get away
The fragments of past memories inside me déjà vu, déjà vu, and
Fade away
(This time we're taking our bout to the North)
(Dreaming now, dreaming now)
Fly higher in the light (Like a star gazer)
Fly higher in the sky (Like a star gazer)
Starlight, Starlight,
They're shining their dazzling light on that place
Starlight, Starlight
(Wherever we are, we'll be with you)
(We'll never forget shining starlight)
(Wherever you are, live in my heart)
(We'll never forget shooting star)
(Wherever we are, we'll be with you)
(We'll never forget shining starlight)
(Wherever you are, live in my heart)
(We'll never forget shining star)
Fly higher in the sky
Fly higher in the night
Fly higher in the sky
Starlight shining in the night
yep i had the same reaction when the first chorus comes in, just smile cause its so nice it almost makes u happy teary eyed
kinda ironic since this is not a song that has a particularly happy back story...
👍 👍
Great reaction.
I hope that you get the opportunity to react to the last two songs in the Trilogy - Shine LIVE and Arkadia LIVE.
This song tribute to their guitarist who passed away and for yui metal .
if you’re reacting to starlight, i wonder if you would also do arkadia and shine, the other two trilogy.
BABY METAL🔥🤘🦊🤘🔥
this was a dedication to
yui metal as a farewell to her
BabyMetal are stylebenders 😎 Musical geniuses to mix pop and metal so well, they are better than most pop and most metal at the same time.🤯
Check out Su and Moa performing an acoustic version of Monochrome on The First Take. That's about as minimal and clear as you can find. It's mesmerizing to just watch Su shape her mouth as she sings. Her technique is immaculate.
I concur, it's exactly what you are asking for, plus it's just beautiful
Check out shanti shanti. A Japanese group performing music inspired by the style in India, it's quite catchy

It's 30 dec 2017 not 2018, you typed it wrong I think
@@BadEnd98 Indeed, corrected!
RIP Mikio-San 💫
Great Happy & Sad Memories of Mikio & Yui...
Kitsune-Up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!💗
Lovely reaction video! The third dancer at this particular performance was Riho Sayashi.
Monochrome - First Take is your ticket to Su-metal acoustic
Great reaction! If you want to hear Mostly just Su Metal there are a few recommendations....
Monochrome The piano version from the First Take RUclips channel (THIS IS THE ULTIMATE EXAMPLE OF HER POWER! lol)
No Rain No Rainbow
Akatsuki Unfinished Version
The One Unfinished version Stairway to living Legned
Enjoy!
Cool
Just wanted to add that screams, growls and other special sounds are almost always on a backing track
🤘🦊🤘
The color effects are cool too because they switch from light and dark depending on the rhythm of the song 👏🏻

you had mentioned you wanted a suggestion of a babymetal song with more vocals, you should take a look at The First Take version of "monochrome". its a piano version
Thank you
If you want to see a great Moametal stance, you should watch the road of resistance 2033 live at PIA Arena.
From Dusk Till Dawn is a good song for Su Metal enjoyment.
sis anger( super emtal ), 4 no uta, onedari dakusen , ,,,,,you can see moa y sui talent in those songs,,,,,they shine as bright as yui :)
you have to listen to bring me the horizon - kingslayer feat. babymetal
No Rain No Rainbow for Su Metal vocals
😭🤧
Song was written for their guitarist, Mikio, who passed away in 2018. He was on a deck stargazing and fell off. Starlight.
This is an out right lie and not to be believed Babymetal and no one affiliated with Babymetal on or off the recorded has said this song has any meaning for anyone. To claim its was written for Mikio is head canon and to sell it as a fact is pathetic and an out right lie not to ever be looked at with respect.
momometal is good one
have u seen sonisphere?
its so good😂
Next : Believing

If you want to listen Su-metal in "a capella" you need to listen the First take version of the song Monochrome
