Boosting testosterone naturally has been a focus for me, and I’ve found that sticking to compound lifts like squats and deadlifts really makes a difference. Pairing that with a steak and eggs diet and supplements like zinc, which I discovered in Secret Supplements that turn you into a Superhuman, has taken my energy and strength to the next level.

I like their approach. Some exercise is better than no exercise. People's bodies have limits. These are also found in good gyms - like the time I lost my balance (one of my limits) and the guy in the wheelchair grabbed me. 😊

I liked the idea of not necessarily feeling the need to have a scheduled timeframe for the gym considering I have my own gym equipment at home so I think that along with my scheduled training I will lift some of my weights at random times during the day just to increase my physical activity on a daily basis.

My old girlfriend had the most beautiful walk I've ever seen in my life.... I couldn't hardly take my eyes off her..... She says we don't walk like this to please men we walk like this because it helps us have kids... She leans back just a little bit and swings her arms slightly but moves her hips very amazingly.... She said it helps stimulate the muscles that helps push the baby out .A very natural looking beautiful walk almost like a runway model but much more natural looking. She wasn't into the foot crossover thing in front.... To make her hips move.... But the way that she was put together is probably why she moved so beautifully. Maybe she was just being herself.

I've seen people that walk on treadmills everyday..... And when you see them in the grocery store it looks like it's just effortless for them to walk.... It looks like they're almost floating... Kind of like being on ice skates... But not quite.... I think what it is is all the muscles are toned beautifully from the treadmill.... They say walking is a controlled fall.... I believe it because try and walk and then lean back while you're walking... All of a sudden you come to a stop..... I used to walk on a treadmill and I got in shape from it and it seemed like it was just effortless for me to walk. I was totally amazed. Walking helps build bone mass I heard along with other things.

@@darnitthelma4247 she had all three of her kids before she was 23..... She tried to cut salt out of her diet..... Or try to get on low salt.... And she does not have one stretch mark on her whole body..... I looked and looked and looked and I could not find one. And her body came back to... The figure of an 18 year old..... And she loved yoga and stretching.... And tried to eat as healthy as she could with very little processed food....

There’s quite a bit of nonsense in this video - that opening exercise swinging the rope around is ridiculous. There’s a few bits of good advice and insight but this isn’t a great video for exercise advice overall. One for a Dr. Mike Israetel review, I think…

Its like its half seizing or something. its becoming quite a bummer.. Is this some known conditions, it does not happen if I use them on my wife... the arm loses speed and range.
