Good morning my Li developed a problem when I change gear seem to drag but pulls ok but some times the kickstart just goes to floor when warm It’s like the clutch lever is halfway way pulled in I disconnected the trunnion from the clutch lever at the engine end no difference any idea the scooter been in my garage for last 20 years just got it back on the road 1959 series 1 Thanks
@@m1scooterlife259 thanks I was worried you was gonna say that I am planning to have the engine completely stripped and rebuilt with a mugello 186 during the winter so may have to bring my plans forward thanks for the advice your a good man Rushaid Liverpool
@@m1scooterlife259 just watched your video on the clutch step down and rebuild I reckon I could do that I have a nice work space to do it nothing to loose plus my best mate is Guidio Pastoreli at Armandoes scooters in Sheffield

Open the engine up and look at the condition of all the parts, sounds like sticky or worn plates

It's not hard, you need the correct tools and take your time, check all the parts for wear and replace anything worn
