I purchased some stuff off your site a couple of weeks ago..(push block & steel rulers) I forgot to thank you both..👏 Items were of great quality and delivered within 2 days.. a great channel with easy to understand plans and you don't need £10,000 worth of equipment to make them, unlike most other channels..! 🏴👍
We have a similar place in Colorado. It’s in the Rocky Mountains at 8000 ft elevation (2400+ meters). I only get to go there when I’m going to my mountain cabin.
@@thewoodjunki Unfortunately, places like Bunnings have a monopoly on the suppliers. Smaller yards have been closing over the last few years. My nearest one is over 100km away.

That looks like a great supplier, I'm lucky enough to have a smaller version just around the corner from me. For hardwood, I need to drive about 20 miles.
Hi Billy, good tour of your local timber yard and as you say support your local business you can't go wrong with that. Same where I am, there is a timber and builders yard mile and a half from me I go to also there is Huws Grey a North Wales based company who have stores in most towns over North Wales and they have four stores in Wrexham and they have a good range of wood and sheet products. There is the timber yard about 10 miles from me they are a good local business just out side of Wrexham and another one in Chirk in between Wrexham and Oswestry. I just love a good timber yard, great video catch you soon take care

A price comparison video would be nice to see. Usa and Canada lumber is about 2/3 the price we have to pay in rip off Britain. Great videos keep it up.

Always nice to have to local lumber yard, there hardly any left anymore, all big box stores have taken over.

Those lumberyards often sell better (less warped) wood and have a bigger assortment. The big box stores often sell crap materials.

We have a couple of smaller suppliers around us. About 15k from where I live. Higher quality than Home Depot.
Yes they are much better than the big box places, plus better service
