Can I Beat Pokemon Red With Only A Ekans?

Hello everyone. Hope you're all doing well.
In this video, I see if I can beat Pokmeon Red while only using a Ekans.
Some of the rules:
Can only use a Ekans
No items in battle.
Held items (in later gens) are ok, and the use of Pokeballs to catch other Pokemon (HM Pokemon) are OK.
No cheats. Things that I can't fully control like the Bage Boost Glitch can be exploited if I choose too.
