I'd love to see this at cask strength. It's a decent, middle of the road single malt (especially at that price), but the youth is probably holding it back from knowing what it wants to be. As it is, at 40%, it's simple, easy to drink and something I won't feel guilty putting in a cocktail. That said, it's the best selling Irish Single Malt in the States, so they're doing something right!
I am glad you guys reviewed this one! I have been flirting with buying this for a little while maybe i wont but for $25 who knows
@Wes Tucker it’s not as bad cocktail whiskey. If your wanting something comparatively, we say go for Natterjack Irish whiskey.

@The Whiskey Nerd as far as a cocktail whiskey we definitely agree…we would be interested in a cask strength in many single malt Irish whiskeys!!!
