I would love those Asteroid alloy for XJ8 of the same year. Mine is just a 3.2L V8 and I am in the UK so its a bit far to travel. Great find and video young man. All the best for 2024! P.S. Quite a rare car that, it needs to be saved.
Yes, those wheels are fantastic, nice cars, no matter the engine...Thanks for watching and Happy New Year! I think you might like tomorrow's edition too, so please check back!
Nope, just parts (or chunks...) once it enters the lot. Every once in while (such as with the Jeep Comanche I did a video of a while back) someone buys the drivetrain, the cab, the bed, and the frame, separates it and puts it back together, however you won't get a title and can't get one. In that case it was apparently going to become a non-licensed rock-crawler for a ranch or something. But that's quite rare. Every once in a while the yard will though sell whole cars before they come into the back, sometimes with a valid emissions check that they have done and more often as a "tow-away" that didn't pass, which is fine for some that live in the mountains or up in Wyoming without checks. Thanks for watching!
I've always liked the earlier model, liked the style, it looks in good condition, thanks for sharing, all the best to you and your loved ones
Pretty sweet ride, can't see why it's in the Junkyard, thanks for sharing, all the best to you and your loved ones
You as well, Don, and thanks for watching!
I agree. They lost their way. That is how a Jaguar is supposed to look.

Everybody bought one of those new pickup trucks😢 now there's hundreds of those things for sale everywhere
Are you able to buy that whole car ?

The wrecking yards where I live and they won't sell you the whole car😢 what's something about insurance I don't know
Aren't those things money pits? I have a low mileage Ford Crown Vic and 1998 and haven't put a dime in it except for brakes and oil changes
No more than any other car in my experience. I have a 2001 XJ8 3.2L.
A gas hog😢 I need dependability
People are to cheap to keep on repairing the same car smh
