Well now that is a garage! Pretty amazing kit! Love the dovetail joints. I like the speed square trick for dowel reveals. Was the pine tongue & groove already precut in the kit? Well done, fellas.

I'm not a builder - just a cabin, full Reno on a recent cape, etc., basement finish.. Question - It looks like this building is stick built with timber atop the top plates for garage timber ceiling plus timber construction for the roof system. Yes?? If I am correct, what does this add to this structure? My new home is 26 x 26 with a 10 foot dormer on one side. Thanks guys. Great work!
Yes you are correct only the roof system is timberframe. Not sure on how much it adds, carriage sheds out of Vermont sold this particular building so you could contact them for a quote.
that looks like a Stick Frame with a timber frame facade;not a true Timber Frame; i'm having one built and it's nothing like this except for the last decorative part. Can you tell me if i'm wrong?
Why is it that when I looked up Blue Ridge Creations I got clothing? So I looked up Blue Ridge Post & Beam. I discovered there is Blue Ridge Timber Frame and Post & Beam. Are they not the same thing? I also discovered there is a Blue Ridge Timber Wright's. Are they different from Blue Ridge Timber Frame? Is this all one company under slightly different names? We have watched the building of a horse barn and a garage with living quarters. This has peaked our interest and would like to see more, preferably in retirement dwellings such as the garage with living quarters.
Your video is very hard to watch going so fast. If something take 10 hours tape 10 hours. You can put 12 hours on youtube at a time or did you no know that. So pleases show it down.
When I retire and leave California, this is exactly what I would want... Beautiful.

Only the walls are stick frame. The whole roof system and the leanto is timberframe.
