As a woman who hasn’t yet found the time to retire, I cannot imagine what this thing called “boredom” is. It’s always been inconceivable, to me, that an able-bodied (or able minded) person would confess to boredom. Edit: I should add that I have no children nor grandkids, & no pets, nor tv in the last 15 or so years.
When you retire, you will find out how much free time you will have. Eventually most people will have a fulfilling retirement, it just takes time to figure out how to spend one's time.
Thank you for this wonderful insight. Appreciate your honesty.
