  • Looking for a transformative and rejuvenating experience? Join us as we take you on a journey of mindfulness, inner peace, and self-discovery during our 3-day long meditation retreat with monks at Pa Pae Meditation Retreat Center.
    We started our retreat by disconnecting from social media and turning off our phones, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience. Surrounded by the lush greenery and breathtaking scenery of Northern Thailand's mountains, we practiced different meditation techniques, guided by experienced monks. Through focused breathing and concentration, we cultivated inner calm and tranquility.
    In addition to meditation, we learned about the daily routines and spiritual practices of the monks, gaining insight into their way of life. During our downtime, we enjoyed walks in the forest, listened to the sounds of nature, and basked in the tranquility of the surroundings. Disconnecting from technology allowed us to fully connect with ourselves, each other, and the natural world around us.
    Our 3-day meditation retreat with the monks at Pa Pae Meditation Retreat Center was a transformative and rejuvenating experience. Join us on this journey of self-discovery and inner peace, and plan your own retreat today.

    Wow, I can't believe we spent three days at the PaPae Meditation retreat together! It was such an amazing experience living with the monks and being fully immersed in the practice of meditation and our yoga. The peacefulness of being surrounded by nature, especially in those incredible treehouses, was just breathtaking. It was so refreshing to disconnect from struggles of daily life and just take the time to relax and unwind. It was incredible to witness the dedication and discipline that the monks exhibited in their daily practice.
    I feel so grateful to have shared this experience with you and to have had the opportunity to connect with nature and find inner peace together. Hope to never stop trying new things with you. 🥰

    Thank you for sharing, I have watched it for at least 10 times.
    Could you advise 3 things I should do before leaving that place?
    I am planning to volunteer while being a participant to be more involved in the process.
    😊
    Kind regards

    Thank you for sharing, if you were there during the burning season, have you found it to be harsh?

      @backpackerfelipe  3 месяца назад

      Hey brandon! Yes, we were there during the burning season. In the mountains of Pa Pae it wasn't that noticable. With the only unusual thing being the views not so clear. In Chiang Mai if was different though, the air was visibly turning yellowish and we had running nose for several days with occasional cough.

      I think it was only around 10eur per night, or somewhere around that. It covers breakfast and lunch with the accommodation too :)
