There are as many out there who excel in their art while on the dais as they are in clapping enthusiastically for the rest of them. A truly musical zenith of Indian subcontinent. Can't thank enough for each and every one out there, especially the up loader.
What a treat this clip has been. I was so glad to recognize some of my old friends and acquaintances who were on stage as well as in the audience. Akhlaq bhai on the harmonium and Iqbal Warsi on the violin; besides Hari, Talat bhai, Kunal and Udit to name a few. Akhlaq bhai can really be mesmerizing with his Harmonium playing skills. Hari's voice is so full of bass...what a haunting voice so full of depth. Hope the organizers have a similar show next year with more number of artistes....!!!!????
You know during live concerts, Jagjit singh also had limited instruments and musician, still he produced marvelous music and sound all the time. Actually I like his live ghazals more than recorded ones. If he can do it then why can't these so called great singers???
Hariharan was the only one at this tribute who sang his part well, though it's not nearly as good as the original. I found that suresh wadkar was very unprofessional reading the text from a paper. Oh well thank god I can watch jagjit's songs.
hariharn sahib no no this is not you .you are a great great singer but in this gazal you have sung besura or in other words in the begining spacially. when you started
hariharan sahib i dont believe you can sing like this lot of times you are besura and i know you also know i am 75 years old and have spent all my life in music another thing in reality you are much better than jagjeet singh i know this

What a powerful voice Hariharan has. Typical south Indian melody in his voice
