Love to go to Bolivia. Unfortunatelly I think my husband wont be able to tolerate the altitude problem. His lungs will not be able to tolerant the altitude.
hey bro, try to keep the voice/music volume leveled, it's a pain in the ass when the music is "loud" and then the talked part is a lot quieter. one has to turn up and down the volume.
I’m so happy to see you travelling in South America, especially Chile which is my favourite country in s. America, together with Brazil. You must go to Chiloe island:)
It's really scary to see so much smoke coming out at the same time. I admire you for daring to come so close! The mountain scenery in BOLIVIA is truly unique and beautiful! I’m surprised that in such a desolate place, the customs is so advanced. It’s so convenient to scan the QR code! Looking forward to new videos from Chile, thank you very much for sharing! 👍🥰🙏

eehh! come to Santiago! and Patagonia in Chile is so beautiful and quiet different to the Argentine side. or anywhere in Chile i think is pretty beautiful :) so cool you both are here
5:25 Bolivia has been on my list of countries I’d like to visit for a while now and you guys have really sold me on the idea even more with this trip. It’s so much natural beauty and I’d really enjoy tours such as this one.
Oh nice! You and Carol were able to visit the Atacama desert. I was blessed enough to visit there last year and see the the geysers and other natural wonders of the area. I wish I could have visited the space array station, but its not open to the public. San Pedro de Atacama was a very pretty town to stay in. It sort of reminded me of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Chile is definitely expensive to vacation in but the ciuntry has very good infrastructure and the tap water is safe to drink.
we went to Atacama Desert in 2019 and it was amazing, we did hire a car though, which was a great help in doing what we wanted. We did miss out on the amazing observatories though, as it was clouded at night 😞

We were literally in san pedro de atacama at the same time and i kept saying to my boyfriend i wanna see chris and carol so bad! Atacama was a really cool place, and yes, the clothes stayed dusty almost the whole time! That was one of the most amazing tours you've taken. So many diverse activities, you could never do on your own. It ranks up there with sleeping in the rainforest. Beautiful.
We`re looking forward to the Atacama. Looks like it`s changed a lot since we were there in the 80`s. Then there was a limited infrastructure and certainly no airbnb. lol
Great video of the volcano alley! I love San Pedro de Atacama. There is nothing else like it in the area. When I lived in Chile in the 80s I used to read about Padre LePaige, from Belgium, who collected hundreds of mummies in the Atacama Desert and stored them in a big barn. He was severely criticised by the Chilean government for not catalogueing the mummies scientifically. There may be a Padre LePaige museum in SPdA. By the way, Spanish does not have silent e's at the end of words, like English, make, take, stove, remove, etc. Thus, it is adobe (ah-DOE-bay).

Pretty amazing adventures Peru / Bolivia/ Chile I’m really enjoying them! I bought a couple of months ago a massive travel book on South America so it comes handy with your input and visuals… I have never been to South America and I’m dying to visit! Once Japan is happening! The beginning really reminded me of Mývatn in the geothermal and then Hverir 💨 we have just come back from Northern Iceland 🇮🇸 Now my question is “ is it as stinky?” Coz lords almighty that was something!!! When I saw your vlog you kinda of mentioned it but law key! 🤷♀️ Oh my world it took my breath away 🤢 or was it worse when we visited? During our visit it was mostly under snow and looked very different but what a beauty! So I’m curious as you said the Bolivian one was even more spectacular ❤ I’m really enjoying all this Thank you as per usual Sabrina 🇫🇷🇬🇧 Have fun and relax in Rio 💙💛💚 hope you had a lovely birthday 🎈
Yes it was the Mývatn area that we were thinking of, it was just as stinky yes haha. Wait until you see the geysers that we show in our second atacama video next week, it is completely insane! This one and the myvatn ones don't even come close to it
I love those weird landscapes. And that hat you're wearing Chris is really cool, I guess I need to go to Bolivia to get one. What are you filming with, the latest Gopro? Video quality looks good.
Yeah I actually got it in Peru, but it's common around this region to find this kind of beanie. Keeps the ears nice and warm :D You definitely need to visit this region and Patagonia at some point, its 100% what you are into. This region of Bolivia and Atacama reminded us a lot of iceland in many ways, the nature get's even more bizarre in the next videos
@@GabrielTravelerVideos forgot to reply that part, we are still using the 11. The good thing about this one is that it no longer has the weird freezing issues that the previous models had. When we used the earlier models it would sometimes freeze and we would have to remove the battery etc. the recent models no longer have a small mic on the side so maybe you won’t have as much of the scratching sound that you mentioned recently with the DJI
Beautiful sunrise, and the vulcanic area was great. I remember your trip to Iceland. Actually, its a fear of vulcanic outburst there right now so they are evacuating thousands of people from their homes. 😐 Thank you for the video, it was realy nice. Take care you two ♥♥
Yes this area actually reminded us a lot of our trip In Iceland since there are the hot springs, geysers and volcanoes. We certainly didn’t think we would end up comparing anywhere in Bolivia to Iceland before this trip lol
I’m just back from Iceland and it is at the opposite side where magma intrusions and earthquakes are in south west. Mývatn is North east and there we never felt anything. It is very sad for the people of Grindavik 🙏🏼right now but the great thing is Icelanders are tough, resilient, and have a great sense of community. Let’s hope it doesn’t get worse and that they can start again asap
