The numbers are 695 but you'd need to press the 'Enter' button right after each one. So it'd be like "6-ENTER 9-ENTER 5-ENTER" or "695-ENTER" My remote doesn't have number buttons sadly so I can't see it. Makes you wonder how they planned on having people in the future figure out what this screen was all about.
Luckily, I'm able to input numbers on my Blu-Ray player, so I can tell you what's hidden there. An Over the Hedge version of Jingle Bells called "Jingle Burps", because of course it is, as well as a second minigame from the bEQUAL DVD, "Hammy's Cookie Grab". I wonder if any other DVDs ever used the number buttons like this.
