I remember talking to a Flight Purser on a Cathay Flight years ago (she was based on London and only flew London to HK and back) - I remember asking her "Why do you look as though you're not tired?"..."used to it now" LOL. Crazy energy. Hope you enjoyed London!! I'll swap you HK weather for London 🤣🙂
I recently flew with London-based crew and also asked them how they could handle jet lag flying the same route a few times a month (some of them even have to drive a few hours home after they landed). They also gave me the same answer😂
😂@@crystalonthejourney It's easier flying to UK I think. I've flown to HK on Cathay flight and went straight to office - really really tired all day 😂impressive how air crew can do it no problem!
