I like the way you recorded the flight schedules of the cabin crew into the video logs. It does a great job of motivating people to be a better flight attendant. It also shows the daily routine of a flight attendant. Looking forward to more updates!
Having sailed on ships for many years, the last few being as captain.and now working ashore, I can fully understand how changing time zones and jet lag can play havoc over someone's sleep pattern and health. Kudos to you and all pilots and cabin staff to do such a job for years and decades . It looks easy but is not.

You need to force yourself to stay awake allday so you can sleep properly at night. That's how I do North America trips. If you arrive in the night then stay awake allday.
