No Amtrak, but there is a nightly freight run CSX C746 roundtrip between Lansdale and Philadelphia, and the occasional daylight freight run (Sep/Oct had 3 of these on Saturdays).
I didn't know the Warminster R2 had a push-pull train, but it will probably be put to better use on one of the longer runs. I was nowhere near there that day, but my car was. I had left it there to take the train to the Airport a few days earlier and hadn't come back then.
They used to run them out of Doylestown but the people there complained about them laying over in the yard and they were banished. With the new Sprinters, they may return.
