I made the recipe with Earl Gray Twinings tea and Jaïpur Orange tea, it's delicious but next time I would use half the sugar and an another day just use green mint tea "touareg" from Damman Frères. *_*

Assam is also quite common, but really, I wouldn't say it tastes much different than an ordinary black tea. Basically, you need black tea and earl grey tea. And sugar. And milk.
It's just milk slightly flavored like tea in the end, you can spice things up with extras. It's like watching Gordon Ramsey, you don't need to add the caviar but it looks better for the video.
