Nice video. You can see the Crows squad went through so much to get to that GF. Just couldn't perform on the day, were flat and umps against us. Their edge was dulled from no McGovern or Smith. Multiple players choked completely on the day. I hope the current crows squad can finish what this team started. Tex, Laird, Crouch, Sloane, Smith - these guys need to finish what Walsh started. They tripped at the final hurdle and are now handing over to the next generation, but one last fairy-tale season would be nice. Go Crom.
The worst tragedy was 2006. Comfortably the best team all year. Utterly scarred me as a 12 year old kid. Crows have never redeemed themselves. They will never win a flag.
The entire Crows club as a whole is a tragedy. As a 30year old former crows supporter I threw my guernsey in the bin at the end of last year and decided I've had enough. I've always known this club will never win a flag. Glad I didn't watch the 2017 grand final.
