It says: If the midpoint of a line segment is (x,y), then its slope will equal -y/x (only if the end points are (x,0) and (0,y). We forgot to mention the condition in our video and have hence written it in the description. Apologies for the error :)

I think is the avergare of the x axis and the average of the y axis life for example the x axis is= 7+-1 divided by 2. The y axis is 7 + 3 divided by 2. The midpoint is the answer of x axis average and y axis average

what if when u add both y axis it’s odd and when u divide by 2 u get a decimal
I think instead of dividing you can reduce to simplest form like 6/4 divided would give you 1.5 but reduced it would be 3/2 for your final answer.
